Order was delivered late. Didn't get right soda. Food was cold. And I didn't get the extra pickles I ordered. Lastly I ordered chocolate cake but I was not even provided with a plastic fork or spoon

This is my first time ordering here and I must say I was very pleased with the customer service ( phone) and the driver. I ordered shrimp cheese steak and a can Pepsi and it was on point. The guy on the phone told me 15 mins I got there in 20 minutes and my food still wasn’t ready. The fries were hot but my sub was warm and cheese wasn’t melted so why was I still waiting on a warm sub after 20 minutes. Onions was part raw. Every time I tired to give them another chance they disappoint me even more. I’m done this time

Called multiple times due to me receiving the wrong order and was left on hold for 20-30 mins… then when I called back and explained what happened was told to go to somebody else… will never order from here again

I don’t normally do this but I placed my order today at 12:37 through the slice app. I received my confirmation email saying that my food would be delivered between 1:07-1:22pm followed by a follow up email saying they were busy and it would be a little later than expected between 1:31-1:46pm which is completely fine it’s the lunch rush no big deal. I waited until 2pm and called the shop and they informed me that they had just received my order and it would only be 10-15 minutes more so I continue to wait at 2:30 I get frustrated and call slice and they call the store and are told my order had left already it would be there soon. I received a call that my food was here and go to get it but there is no one in sight nor any food..receive another call he’s at the wrong address and asking me for directions to my home…like what?! So now another 15 minutes away….finally at 3:11 my food finally arrives. It’s a shame I used to speak so highly of this place but recently the service has declined so drastically. I rarely complain about my food I know and fully understand that things happen but almost 3 hours for food is WILD. I also know they don’t care. I only ordered food because I have a sick child and he’s been refusing food until today when all he wanted was the popcorn chicken from the spot so I relented. Do better.

If I could put -100000 stars I would!!! Omg.. the grilled chicken sub was light as a feather!! I was like 3 squares of meat and no condiments that I asked for … my quesadilla had really thin slices of chicken on it I tasted nothing but onions & peppers!! I had to question was it even chicken!! This place is a hot mess!! Like I can’t believe I spent $30 on trash!!!! They put my lettuce & tomatoes in aluminum foil & balled it up & threw it in the bag…. Who y’all hire???!!! Anybody.
