Neighborhood dive...friendly bar staff and customers, great drink specials. Food however is marginal (tried the crab cake twice--each time was disappointing. Cesar salad is limp and lifeless. Brussel sprouts may have been okay but tasted like pork and I ordered no bacon). Go for the divey friendly neighborhood vibe--skip the chow.
Went there for lunch after a long drive into town. This was a great choice. The bar is a bar with some choices not seen elsewhere.... but the food....oh, the food. We chose the Maryland Grilled Cheese which was packed full with crab meat and a big juicy tomato flavored with some Old Bay on a grilled cheese sammich. Mhhm, devine. And, the Pig Town Dog which features a bacon wrapped dog with Chesapeake sour cream on a tasty little bun that was NOT commercially made (or at least...
We had the Crab Benedict, French Toast, and 3 Egg Omelette for brunch on our girls trip and everything was DELICOUS. Our server, Webby, was attentive and kind. Definitely a hidden gem in the heart of Baltimore ❤️
