Went to Toki Underground on a not-so-busy Monday night after a holiday weekend and really enjoyed the atmosphere. We were recommended to try the buns and loved how they were served as a build your own bun. We then ordered two different types of the ramen (after a longer than normal wait, we asked about our ramen and it seemed like they may have forgotten to input our order and they handled it great and put a rush on our ramens) and when they came out they looked amazing! We were here for a yelp event, but I saw that they served ramen so we had to order some. It was quite delicious. The egg, which I know is a very important component to many ramen lover's experience, was soft boiled and added that certain creamy richness that it is supposed to provide. The tempura battered shrimp (appetizer) were huge and fresh. I would certainly take my friends here.

Great little joint for the best Ramen I've ever had. Gonna be a little pricey but I promise you won't be disappointed. There's free parking on the street.. I'd say to make reservations because there usually packed.. you can thank me later!!!!
