I don't know what has happened to this place, when they first opened and up till this past summer they had great food, I don't know if they changed owners or what but the last 2 orders from them have been down out right nasty. I like to support the locals and community but not no more for these guys sorry.

I used to like this restaurant however, the quality of service has gone down. This evening, I ordered and waited for my food. After 1 hr,I called for an update. I called multiple times. Finally someone picked up, said "The restaurant is closed" and hung up the phone. Mind you, my order was placed around 7:45, at 9 o'clock, I get no update AND my money was taken and no food. I DO NOT recommend this restaurant and will NOT be patronizing them any longer.

the food was okay i would have liked it better but the customer service was down bad. he had a whole attitude and hung up on my while I was trying to direct him so no don’t eat here..

Every thing that I usually order is pretty good, but I did not appreciate the brown salad that was delivered to my home tonight with my meal. If I could see this as soon as I pulled it out of the bag, clearly you could see it putting it into the bag. Watch out for the salads!!!!

They are not consistent with food process, meaning you can order same item as last time and get something different plus Customer service is very poor. I felt cheated.

DO NOT ORDER HERE! Customer service is TRASH, food is always a hit and miss with them and they over charge you ! They charge the price they want to charge even after saying a different price over the phone! I will NEVER order from here again and I will let everybody else know the same. NEVER. Stealing money from people.

I've been supporting this establishment since 2020 and I can't say anything negative......except that they don't have Reubens and Rachels on the menu. Other than that, they're a bang-up establishment. The subs are wonderful, the milkshakes are great and the mozzarella sticks are THE GO GO (battered beats breaded).The only thing I would suggest for the subs is to toast the bread and season the fries because the subs are filled and the bread as it currently is doesn't have a chance. But still damn-good.They will satisfy.

If I could give them a zero I would how you charge $21 for 2 8 in subs I know I asked for special if you would have told me 3 sub special was 25 wouldn't I ordered that instead yes but the audacity to argue with me and say I did not ask for the special sir bye .Keep the fries and soda

Reportedly one of the best taqueritas in the Mission area by my local friend, and by the throngs of people waiting in line and dining, this is a favorite hot spot. I ordered the prawn super burrito. The rice was a type of spanish rice, and was underwhelming - I would skip it next time. The prawns were plentiful and not overcooked. The burrito overall was HUGE enough for 2 meals for some. The salsa bar was outstanding, with many options of flavors and levels of heat to suit everyone's tastes. I went in after 1 pm and it was packed, but the line moved quickly. I also had the horchata, it was not the best I've had - it was grainy.

Spend over 40 dollars for pizza and wings when the wings got here they weren’t even cooked all the way. Tried to call back and explain they were very rude over it screamed they have a timer and they didn’t wanna hear it. Then hung up on me. Asked to speak to manager never got a call back.
