Went here for the first time on Valentine’s Day. Great place to have a date or just some fun overall. Will definitely be back !

We hosted a client meeting at Top Golf Baltimore, and the service and experience was excellent. Special thanks to planner Bambi, manager Justin, bartender John, and servers Linda, Jasmine, Clarence, and Kyle!

Top Golf was beyond phenomenal today for me and my group!! It was very very cheap for our 90 minutes. Due to the cold weather we all paid about 6 dollars a person! I didn't try any of the food, but my friend Maddox said that his burger was amazing. I did steal some of his fries, and those were pretty good indeed. I've been to this location 3 times now, and never had a horrible experience. Today was 10/10. Forgot the workers name who was helping us, but she was awesome! The golf was also an amazing experience. I always love a good driving session. Still yet to hit one over that net tho. One day....

We always have fun with the family here. Last time, there were technical difficulties with the bay and they made sure to make it right, even including a gift card for the next visit. Above and beyond, honestly. It's a great place to celebrate with friends and family.

We had a leadership retreat, using there conference room. There was a delay in breakfast arrival, something was wrong with every container of coffee, one was ice cold. Lunch was ok, but it was ok. The best part of the experience was the golfing. There was a delay in getting our drinks and snacks so alot was wasted.

Topgolf is, in my opinion, the absolute BEST 2 in 1 restaurant ever. You get to have a sip of a soda while taking the ball out on a tee? Oh my goodness, the place of my dreams! I rate this 5 stars, should’ve had 6.

Usually I love going to Topgolf, but my first time at the Baltimore location was an awful experience thanks to our waitress, Danera, who was rude to us the entire time.

At literally every other Topgolf I’ve been to, they either let you extend your bay time or they tell you up front that the place is fully booked. Danera didn’t say a word until we asked to extend 15 minutes before our time was up, and she hit us with a blunt “absolutely not” and just walked away. No explanation, no heads-up, nothing.

What makes it even worse: we had ordered food 10 minutes earlier, and she never mentioned we wouldn’t be able to extend. Then our food comes out five minutes before our time ends, and she tells us we’d have to eat somewhere else. Like… seriously?

And to top it off, she dropped the check and then disappeared. After 30 minutes of waiting, we finally had to go hunt her down.

This was easily the worst Topgolf experience I’ve ever had. Every other location I’ve been to, across multiple states, has been friendly, helpful, and clear about timing. If I could give negative stars, I would. If you’re in Baltimore, I’d honestly recommend finding somewhere else to play golf.

We went for a birthday party and had an awesome time! The atmosphere was fun and lively with amazing views, and the heaters made it really comfortable. We ordered the Funday Faves platter and everything on it was delicious.

Overall, service was good, though a few things were a little unclear. We were told we had to join their membership for $6 each since it was our first visit and listen to a brief overview, though it wasn’t very clear what the membership includes. We were also told parking would be free with ticket validation, but we ended up having to pay $30.

We had a great time overall and would definitely go again!

A group of my friends and I who are all 17 years old went to Top Golf Baltimore on December 22 2025 at around 5pm. We were denied entry claiming we had to 18 even though on the Top Golf website it clearly states only past 9pm do people under 18 need to be supervised by a 21 year adult. Even after I showed the manager the policy on the website we were still denied entry.

The lack of good customer service and the bad food are a complete turn off for me. The food preparation and quality are subpar. My second time here and had similar results to my first time. If anyone reads these reviews, please refresh your staffs training.

***Top Golf doesn’t care - never once contacted us even with the reply indicating they will … smh terrible***

This wasn’t our first visit to this location, but unfortunately likely our last. We reserved two bays for the holidays as we had family visiting from out of town. On the reservation I made sure to specify that my mother was elderly and required a walker to get around. Nowhere on the website or in my confirmation email was there any mention of accessibility issues. Our reservation was for 11/28 at 4pm. Upon arrival we realized there was heavy construction limiting access to the venue. As we were unaware of this we did not account for the amount of time it would take to figure everything out. After driving around for 45 minutes we finally figured out how to get in, but we’re 30 minutes late to our reservation. We asked the front desk if we could get back our time as we were unaware of the construction. We were advised they couldn’t assist but to request a manager when we got up to our bay. Once we got to our reserved bays we did request a manager and were greeted by Justin. Sadly, Justin did not hit the mark on acknowledging our frustration and instead shifted blame to us, the guests for not reading the small print on the website and in the confirmation email. He also advised he had another reservation after ours and could not accommodate our request for the time we lost. He did, however offer us $30 off our bill which we accepted as we felt like we had to make the best of the little time we had. The way we were spoken to by Justin, being a representative of management was extremely frustrating only continuing to re-iterate that we should have read the email we received. The best part of our visit our server John. He was extremely attentive and did his best to make up for Justin’s shortcomings. He also profusely apologized as other guests experienced the same issues. We only had enough time to order a couple apps. In addition to all of the above, I was convinced I wouldn’t have missed such a message regarding construction and alternate entry instructions. I went back to read the confirmation email as well as checked the website and low and behold NOT A SINGLE MESSAGE MENTIONING CONSTRUCTION ISSUES (see screenshot attached). What should have been a fun event with family we never get to spend time with it was rushed, and frustrating experience.
