Baltimore Top Golf is the best Top Golf we've been to. Very friendly people and the games are fun to play whether you are a golfer or not.

I have been to this Top Golf location 2 other times and this was the worst experience I have had, regarding the customer service. The young man who was our waiter was great and did his best with what was in his control. He checked on us often, put our orders in on time and had a nice, professional and friendly demeanor. However, the bar was not sending our food or drinks on time, we never got our second round of drinks my group ordered, nor did we receive one of the food items we ordered. Once our reservation time was over we sat in our bay for over 30 minutes just to try and get our bill fixed and had 3-4 different people “helping” us. One of the female manager who was the 3rd person to “help” us came over with an attitude asking why we were still sitting on our bag because our reservation was up and never apologized for the inconvenience of not receiving our second round of drinks and one of our appetizers. Her customer service skills were unprofessional and very unwelcoming. I will not be back to this location. Unfortunately, I do not have names but my group was at bay 109 and our reservation was from 7p-9p on 11/2/2024. Also, our food was not so good either. Our nachos looked like they were sitting our for quite a while, no sauce on our wings, food was cold except for the buffalo chicken dip.
Milan was our server/attendant today, He was very helpdul and kind. Thanks for the good experience!

I arrived on the wait list, my wait time was a 1 hour and 30 minutes.. during the wait I went to the bar to order food…. Continue waiting as I watch the bartender serve other customers as they arrived after myself and which I ask another worker for assistance. then was told that only the bartender can help, which he told the person that that we haven’t been waiting long… we been waiting like 15-20 minutes…. Then he finally gets to us we order food. Then our bay is ready I told him what bay we are going to..
We got all sign in the and started playing.. the waitress was the only good help and I told her about the food and how long we have been waiting and once she saw we still haven’t had our food 20 minutes into the game she went to check in on it.. once she saw we still haven’t gotten our food another 30 minutes in the game she went to tell her Manager.. which now he finally comes telling us the kitchen in back up and that we pretty much have to deal with it..
It’s the end of our 60 minutes game and we still didn’t have our food! I ask for the manager once again, letting him know the situation, which all he can tell me is that “ well like I explained to you before the kitchen is back up but your food is on the way, so what you wanna do?
I just ask to cancel the food and refund me and he was more than quick enough and happy to do that. No apologies inconvenience or at least some kind of remorse for the situation..
But that service nowadays I guess!!

Elevator was down this time but a few steps want kill us and everything else was great. Bathrooms were super clean and drinks were cold ball machine worked and clubs were all there 2nd and 3rd floor are the best.

A nasty attitude young lady by the name of Marquia ruined our experience here. She way the rudest, unapproachable lady I’ve ever come across. We asked for a manager but she insisted she was one. We knew she was lying but we were scared to ask anyone else due to disrespect we endured.

Great experience! Went there for a work event and had a really good time. The view is amazing, the equipment is top quality. The food was really good, the service was good and the drinks were good. Overall a great experience, i would go back again. Not sure about the prices because it was an all expense paid by my job.

I brought my hubby here to celebrate our 20 year dating anniversary. It was out first time at Top Golf but we had heard great things about it. We had a really nice time and our server Tymaijaa was super attentive and sweet! The atmosphere was laid back and the cheese fries were tasty. He is already talking about coming back :)

My pretzels bites were delivered cold, and the cheese was cold. My patty melt was delish. We had a good time. We needed more chairs and our waitress never once offered to get more chairs. We asked the table next to us that had 3 extra chairs. Of course they said yes, but why didn't our waitress offer?

It’s also next to the train tracks and all you hear is screeching noises from the train wheels.
