Here last night I would give it 0 stars if I could, took them about 45 mins to an hour to finally bring me a drink I ordered, never even got my guac chips however the katsu sliders were alright besides the hard burnt crisps inside, I will never be back and it’s sad I’ve been here about 10 times but last night was the worst service I’ve ever had. But that will be the last time I bring my friends there. Maybe I’ll try a different location

Ok...we dont know how anyone could have a bad experience here. 1st, the service in the eating area was superb, friendly server (sorry cant remember her name) and food was great. The manager on that level, Dawan, was friendly, personable and accomodating to our bay requests. Then on the 3rd level, the bay attendant and manager came around at least every 10-15 mins to see if we needed anything. I am so glad we ignored the bad reviews to finally give this location a try, now we can save about 30-40 mins in drive time. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The wings were way overcooked and very dry. For five dollars I was never offered a refill on my ginger ale. The food was slow and the circle was very unattended. I think I will eat lunch before I go back next time. The golf was great though. And no free parking. I had to pay $15.

Had a really fun time at Topgolf Baltimore. The setup is modern and clean, with a great atmosphere that works for both beginners and more experienced golfers. The bays are comfortable, and it’s easy to get started even if you’ve never played before.

The food and drinks were good , nothing over the top, but tasty and with plenty of options. Our server was friendly and checked in regularly, which made the experience smooth.

Only downside is that it can get pricey, especially with food and drinks added on.Still, the overall experience was worth it, and I’d definitely come back with friends.

The worst bartenders ever. I often try to give this bar a chance as it is the closest bar to me once I get off from my shift of bartending. Bartenders rarely greet you, and move with no motivation to give service at all. I have given up on trying to get a quick drink here after work, or to finish a game. I have learned it is easier to just go to a bar closer to home

So much fun. This was my first time at top golf ever and the views and different game modes you can are awesome. Flatbreads were very tasty, but the bartender and drink service is beyond slow. I ordered one canned drink and it took nearly 45 minutes. Then when I ordered a second it just never came at all. Next time, I just won’t buy any beverages.

Our group of 10 came to Topgolf Baltimore expecting a fun evening, but instead left extremely disappointed. We arrived at 5:30 PM for a 6 PM session, and by 6:10 when our server came by, there were already two empty beers on the table. When I tried to order another, I was told it was “the law” that customers could only be served one beer every 30 minutes. That is simply not true, and it’s unacceptable for staff to misrepresent the law to paying customers.

I fully respect responsible alcohol service, but there’s a big difference between promoting moderation and misleading guests. Being told something false not only ruined the experience, it came across as insulting. With a large group ready to enjoy ourselves and spend money, we were left frustrated instead.

Because of this, I won’t be back, and neither will the group I brought with me. Topgolf Baltimore should be upfront and honest with guests — not invent rules and pass them off as “the law.”

I come to Topgolf Baltimore all the time, and last Friday was another great experience. I have to give a special shoutout to the bartender, Sandy. She makes the BEST cocktails. I had the sunset margarita and it was absolutely perfect. Her customer service is top notch. She’s always friendly, accommodating, and quick. Sandy handles the bar with ease, has such a great smile, and honestly, she’s one of the main reasons I keep coming back. She knows how to treat her customers right. I Highly recommend stopping by and asking for one of her cocktails!

Also get the Asian wings. They are fire!

I went here for the first time for my birthday. The concept from an activity perspective is great. Lots of fun as a non-golfer. Where everything goes downhill is service and food. I noticed that most complaints are about food service and it is safe to say that management has not addressed it. We were given our drinks but waited for 20 minutes to get straws and our server was no where to be found. My daughter had to go find straws. We had our bay for 2 hours. We tried to order about 40 minutes in and no server. I finally had to wave my hands dramatically to get his attention. The food is beyond overpriced. I got nachos and they were chewy. Wings were gummy. I asked for a Dr. Pepper, it never came. We had to ask for napkins. So, that kills the experience. It was clear that they were understaffed especially for a Saturday night. The manager did take the food off the bill but l have no intention of returning. Not worth it!

Impossible to get to due to poor signs and road closures, slow service, and grips were split and disintegrating.

Last time we went, they messed up our meal and it took almost a half hour to get what we ordered. This time, the roads to their parking were closed. Nobody notified us, and you cant call them directly to find out how to get to the parking garage.... It will only go to a national line with someone who has no idea what they are talking about. We ended up driving for about a half hour, getting re-routed everywhere, before we found the street that wasn't closed. This ate into time we had already paid for by 20 minutes and nobody offered to reimburse us or give us more time... Nothing. As a side note, I just talked with a coworker who had the same experience, and they just gave up and left. Do better!

Normally, I don't leave reviews, but this experience was very disappointing. I regret even leaving a tip. I had two servers, one of them was very sweet and actually nice, but the other one came across as if she didn't want to work. She sighed when I wanted to add something to my order and had an attitude like she didn't want to be there. I could tell that she was training, so I tried to give her grace, but it honestly gets to a point, and you can read her energy. The bartender was even worse; he was trying to brush me off as I was explaining to him that I wanted something added to my drink. I felt like that was very rude and disrespectful. They should be better at letting customers know ahead of time about the prices of adding something. They don't inform you of the cost and simply add it to your bill. Honestly feel like I should have gone to the Germantown location. I wasn't really pleased with my visit today. If you feel like dealing with people who don't want to work, come here.

Parking due the construction isn't good for anyone wheelchair bound or handicapped, but the location is in the heart of everything...near the casino and Ravens stadium as well. Had great fun playing all the different game options. The server we had, Jewell was fantastic and the food/drink service was fast.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The servers are rude and automatically disrespectful. I’ve been to this location 3 times and it’s the worst one I’ve been too. IF YOU ARE NOT A WHITE MAN DON’T EXPECT GOOD SERVICE. I ordered a burger and waited 30 minutes before asking them how long it would take. Just to find out they never put my order in. My friend and I ordered two simple drinks (nonalcoholic), we watched them give drinks to people who just ordered, when we have been waiting for 10+ minutes. When we finally got our bay and received out food (50-60 min wait), THE SMASH BURGER WAS BURNT AND FRIES WERE DRY A COLD. After talking yo our server, we were surprised by a manager who told us that we needed to start our game time or we will have to renter the wait list. (We just sat down) I told here we just got settled and we about to start it. She already had a bad attitude and assumed that I said something else. She said “So if you’re just going to wait to be booted off, yall can just leave”. I corrected her and she apologized. The overall service is slow, employees are not welcoming, and I don’t feel valued as a longtime member. Highly disappointed - go to a different location.

Overall it was a fun experience. The server was very pleasant and the staff were nice.

However, at 7pm on a Friday, they were out of multiple things we tried to order and we waited 35 minutes for 2 mixed drinks. No Jameson, no shrimp, no old bay on the menu(in Baltimore…). It was not the same, seamless experience we had at other TopGolf locations in the past.
