I'll start by saying I didn't golf when I visited Topgolf yesterday (3/20). I randomly met up with some friends who have the "platinum membership" or whatever there, but had no intentions of playing. However, the setup seems fairly easy. One stands on the green and swings, basically. This place is really nice though. It has the vibe of a upscale sports arena, like one of the suites where you can go sit out in the open if you choose. On the upper levels, there is an indoor area you pass through to access the bays outside. Outside, each bay has a hightop table with 5 chairs. It's a nice setup unless you're in the chair closest to the TVs like I was. Definitely strained my neck looking up and to the side while my friends were playing (FWP!). There are bars inside, but the bays receive table service. Our waitress was very attentive, regularly stopping by to check if we had enough to drink and if we wanted to order food as different friends showed up over the course of the afternoon. I didn't eat but was disappointed by the lack of healthy food options on the menu (hence the 4 stars). You can't have a bunch of unhealthy foods on the menu WITH the calories listed and expect every one to want to eat thousands of calories in one sitting. That's my only suggestion, get some lite bites. Otherwise, I'll definitely return at some point to play! Looking forward to it.

Normally I love topgolf. In az or Vegas. But this one has been my worst experience. Parking is unclear. Where do you park, how do you get a ticket for the parking garage. No one tells you how to get a parking ticket once you arrive either. All unclear and stressful. Once you get inside it’s nice. But the chairs and tables on the second floor are not family friendly or comfortable to hangout in. I want the normal comfy couch settings. Also, we had no idea who our server was and our game started before we arrived at the bay. Once our server came over after we started playing we didn’t see them again for a while. This isn’t the topgolf experience I want or would spend my money on even on half off Tuesdays.Edit: we tried to exit without a ticket bc we didn’t receive one. We called the help desk from the exit 3 times and no one answered. We had to back up/reverse drive up the ramp to park again, walk back to topgolf and tell them. They told us to use the call box. Which we did. Then they said they called and the gates to exit should be open. They weren’t so the cars infront of us went out the entrance so we did also. This is why it is not worth it to come back.

The large African American manager wearing the red shirt was condescending to her employees. She was belittling them asking them to complete corporate mandated training while the entire bar was waiting on drinks. First of all I was a customer….. this should have been done before or after the place closes… my time as a customer should not be interrupted by one managers power trip belittling her employees. I honestly felt bad for them. Ownership should take a long hard look as to who they put in charge!!!

Great location and there is much more than golf here. TV's, foosball, and more. Dedicated staff and discounted rates during the week. The food at the event I went to was decent (fajitas, rice, and beans).

The service started out good but went bad really quickly. Our waitress Marissa was very rude towards the end she omitted a lot of things we ordered and was not apologetic or seem to care. When i asked her where the rest of the food was, she stated she wrote it down but only one order came. Most of the food tasted like frozen food. I definitely would not be back.

I’ve been to this location 3 times and have consistently had poor service each time. The golf part is great, no problems other than the learning curve figuring out how to turn the heat back on when it shuts off. However every visit so far we’ve had very slow and poor service. Tonight we had to ask for a beer 3 times, which never came. Every soda and water we received came with no ice. After asking for a cup of ice every time we saw our waitress we gave up. My kids said the water tasted like pool water and our iced tea was warm. The food took so long that we were rushing to finish it after our bay reservation ended. Another group showed up while we were still eating so we did our best to quickly pack up leftovers and get out of their way.Ultimately we’ll likely be back because the games are so much fun and kids had a blast. However we will not be eating meals here anymore and will likely limit our drinks to avoid the frustration. Really hope management can turn things around!

I saw a number of reviews about poor service, but personally we had great and speedy service. We booked a “party” consisting of two bays for two hours of play time. Food service was fast and overall tasted pretty good, just a little overpriced (but as you’d expect).
