So awful, please i feel bad for the unknowing people who go to buy there.I’ve been there maybe twice before and got charged $6 for water. Went back because it was late and they were open and ordered an Alfredo that was $25. Why is everything $25? Another lady came and ordered food and they told her it was $23, she questioned the price and was skeptical but nonetheless paid and she actually called the police because $27 was charged to her card. Do not go here. It is a scam. Health department needs to be called I found a piece of wire in my alfredo as well.

They may have good food, but the service was salty and surly. I was picking up food for my job to deliver and the older guy behind the thick glass was giving me a hard time. Plus, he forgot to give me an item and I had to smooth things over with my client. Just a note, they call themselves two different names on DoorDash. Freaking Good Pizza and something else. It's all this place. The pizza can't be worth dealing with these people. Just a warning to other Delivery drivers and customers. This guy seemed angry about selling you his food. I'm sorry I ever stepped foot in here.

Just called in to place an order for pick up , chicken alfredo and was told I couldn’t pay for it when I got there. Making up rules is outrageous and it’s extremely rude you trying to tell a customer when and how they’re gonna pay for THEIR FOOD. This is my last time complaining about this place. Next time the baltimore city health department will be called. Learn to talk to people in the appropriate manner or get a different job. People don’t want to deal with this kind of stuff when ordering food. Also ROYAL MENU on saratoga has Chicken Alfredo for less , they give more food and their customer service is bomb!

I've read some of the reviews and it's like the negative ones were talking about another establishment. The Torinos I know have always been good. I've been coming there for around 30 years now and the food and service has always been good. I'll always choose Torinos.
I went there on 2/16/24 because I ordered a cheese fish sub the week before and it was good. On this occasion I ordered a cheese steak sub and a chicken cheese steak sub. Both subs were disgusting. While there I over heard several patrons speaking about being over charged on their debit cards and about how high their prices was. I did pay $25.00 for two subs which seemed high and were not good.

I called for a pick up,and ordered a 12" cheese steak(everything no hots),and a cheeseburger(everything no hots)so the lady told me*20 minutes"..I waited 15 minutes before I began my short and brisk 5 minute stroll to the establishment..Upon entering there were two patrons ahead of me..There was only one woman handling cooking,and the cash register..There was a 15 minute wait..The cheese steak had little to no onions ,it was dry,with no flavor,,I thought maybe the burger would taste better-same thing-I think the burger had less flavor than the cheese steak.. A few years ago i tried their pizza and got cheezy bread with absolutely no flavor,and swore off this place,but decided to give them another shot,but no more..I'm done!!Torino's has my vote for the most flavorless food in Baltimore City..

My recent encounters with this carryout have left me infuriated, to say the least. I am compelled to caution potential patrons about the DOWNRIGHT FRAUDULENT practices that seem to be a NORM here. The only circumstance under which I'd consider returning is if it were the absolute last eatery standing, and I was on the brink of starvation.
The primary issue centers around a blatant disregard for honest billing. Not once, but twice, I've been slapped with charges that defy both the online menu and the in-store board. Confronting the owner revealed a disturbing lack of accountability, with feeble attempts to justify the inconsistency. A feeble apology was accompanied by a refund in cash, admitting to not bothering to update the menu.
This leaves me fuming. How many others fall victim to this swindling scheme, especially those who opt for card transactions AND NOT ASK FOR A RECEIPT OR JUST PAY ATTENTION? The audacity to exploit hardworking people in an already disadvantaged community is disgraceful. Despite a half-decent culinary effort from the cook, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this establishment. It's a shame that such fraudulent behavior tarnishes what could be a simple, neighborhood eatery. Consider yourself warned: DINE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!
