And that is not said in a negative way at all.Inside is nothing eye catching. However, it is clean and well kept. And is BYOB.Wait times range from 15-30 min.I have a shellfish allergy, and thus far have had no problems.

Absolutely fantastic Ceasar and house salad. Huge portion of blackened salmon. The margherita pasta dish was made with lots of fresh tomatoes. Really great Shrimp Scampi on cavatelli. The garlic bread…..to die for. The best part is that it’s BYOB!!!!

Go here for the food, not the atmosphere. Looks can be deceiving. This place was as simple as it gets - it looks like a little to-go pizza shop on the inside.Don't let the looks fool you, the food is superb and at a fantastic price. My wife and I stopped by while staying up the street for a long weekend in the city. I've been to all the places in Little Italy, and this place holds its own.Everything was delicious and they do a great chicken Alfredo. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and I look forward to going back.

I walked here about 25 min. It did not disappoint. Food is so good. They were willing to alternate the menu. Also had the creamy crab soup. Superb.

aaaaaahhh-mazingly delicious food and great service! This was my first visit and the food is the best Italian I have have in years...possibly ever. The shrimp and garlic appetizer was to die for. We loved the Salmon Roman and Rigatoni Black & Blue, along with their homemade Tiramisu and creme brulee. Since everything looked so good, we took two additional entrees home for tomorrow. Grazie Tre Fratelii's!

This was my first time at Tre Fratelli. I ordered Shrimp Fra Diablo, buffalo wings, and a house salad. The food was great. My family enjoyed it, though I wish the Shrimp Fra Diablo was spicier. The shrimp were quite large in my pasta, which is a plus. The portions were great overall and the prices were reasonable for an Italian restaurant, but I was disappointed that I only got a roll with my pasta. Usually restaurants offer bread and side salad when ordering a pasta dish. Other than that, I was satisfied with everything. The service was professional and friendly. I'll definitely order from here again.Parking: The restaurant is located in Federal Hill by Cross Street Market. There is street parking, but being a Friday evening, parking wasn't easy to find. I had to park several blocks away.Kid-friendliness: There was a section for kids on the menu so that's a plus. My 10 year however asked for the buffalo wings which he enjoyed. I did notice a high chair so dining in with a baby or young child is doable.
