Terrible service from the staff on Saturday morning 12/14. Customer service 0/10. Smoothie watery and refused to remake it and refused to refund me. I asked to speak to a manager, the worker said the manager is in a meeting in NYC and he would say the same thing…really.

Chill with the sauces. I go to another TSC by my work and it’s awesome. Every time I order wraps from here they are dripping with sauce and falling apart. It’s been different people working when I get it so the measurement must be standard here. It’s bad enough that I’ll wait and only get it during the week from the other location.

I specifically told the person at the counter I have a serious nut allergy. She typed it in the system that I want peanut butter added. I took a sip and realized there was peanut butter immediately. The young woman that did this didn’t even apologize. This is very serious and obvious lack of empathy for the severity of the situation.

so I visit a lot of tropical smoothies, one of my favorite places, but however, this particular one on Boston Street was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The air condition was not working. The owner was very difficult to deal with. He was very short and disrespectful. I asked for my money back he refused to give me my money back I ordered, what’s called and açai bowl which is supposed to be frozen and a little hard and chilled it was watery just like a smoothie from the time I got from the building back to my car which was probably 10 feet away The worst experience ever ever .

I am currently sitting in front of the store at 10:15 am on Sunday 06/30/2024 and the store is still closed but scheduled to open at 10am. I've seen 3 people walk up to the store in disbelief that it's not open. Some kind of professionalism

Unable to deliver multiple orders through their app because their refrigerator was broken (apparently for a while). Never refunded or helped by a manager or their customer support team over a month later with consistent follow up via email, call, and in-person. Managers are rarely on site; I’ve spoken with them on the phone from an employee’s phone, given them my info and promised a call back and refund, but still haven’t heard anything. Just don’t order online or through the app, it’s not worth it.

It is way to hot in the building. The A/C obviously doesn't work and it's 83 degrees outside. The poor ladies did a wonderful job and gave great service! However their conditions were horrible they were sweating and looked very uncomfortable. Do better. Close the store buy some fans something.

A terrible experience. The smoothie was so bland and the customer service was seriously lacking. The teenage girl taking my order was very unfriendly and too busy talking to her friends to complete my order. A complete waste of time and money.
