Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I’ve been coming here for a few years, it used to at least be okay but it’s been going downhill lately. The food is usually decent, but the smoothies are unpredictable. And now, both smoothies I got tonight are watered down and don’t taste right. Not sure if they’re trying to save money by using half the ingredients, but I basically have watery juice. Like others said the service is usually pretty slow. The times I’ve gone earlier in the day were definitely better though. Think I’ll just go elsewhere for now.

Very nice smoothies but the environment not so clean

Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!! And the manager charged my card twice after showing her the money already came out my bank. Will be filing a dispute and will reach out to corporate.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best Açaí Bowl Ever — Every Single Time!

I work right up the street at Marshalls and come to this Tropical Smoothie almost every week for lunch—specifically for their açaí bowl with peanut butter drizzle. Let me just say: this location never disappoints.

The bananas are always fresh, the strawberries are perfectly sliced, and they never skimp on the peanut butter drizzle. I’ve been to other locations that gave me brown bananas or barely any toppings, but not here. Whoever’s working in that kitchen deserves serious props because the quality is consistent and amazing every single time.

I genuinely look forward to this part of my workday. Shoutout to the incredible team here—you all are crushing it!

Came in at regular hours in the afternoon when it wasn’t busy and was told I couldn’t order an açaí bowl or any food options bc there were too many orders & couldn’t manage when there was only 3 orders. Please take your money and time elsewhere they don’t care to serve customers.

I walked into this establishment and there was no one in line. I was not greeted, acknowledged, or talked to. I stood at the counter after trying to get their attention for 10 mins. It seems online orders are more priority than customer service and taking in person orders. I will take my business elsewhere.

I come here because it’s the closest in the area but the customer service is down right horrible everytime I come in nobody ever greets you and always seem to have an issue when you place order

My son asked for a smoothie and a banana mama. I was not in the store and she claimed to ask him twice if he wanted a smoothie. When I advised the mistake that he wanted a bowl and not a smoothie for the second order she stated that she refused to provide a refund because it was a waste of food. We gave the smoothie to a man outside and he couldn’t pay the difference for the bowl. The lady stated she is the manager and owner of this branch. I wouldn’t ever patronize this establishment again.

The service was fine but the price was higher than I’ve ever spent before and my smoothie tasted like watery spinach. I order the same smoothie all the time but this was not good at all at this particular location.
