I come here because it’s the closest in the area but the customer service is down right horrible everytime I come in nobody ever greets you and always seem to have an issue when you place order

I’ll just find another location even as I’m sitting waiting for my food now a gentleman had to ask the staff does anybody say hello In here

My son asked for a smoothie and a banana mama. I was not in the store and she claimed to ask him twice if he wanted a smoothie. When I advised the mistake that he wanted a bowl and not a smoothie for the second order she stated that she refused to provide a refund because it was a waste of food. We gave the smoothie to a man outside and he couldn’t pay the difference for the bowl. The lady stated she is the manager and owner of this branch. I wouldn’t ever patronize this establishment again.

The service was fine but the price was higher than I’ve ever spent before and my smoothie tasted like watery spinach. I order the same smoothie all the time but this was not good at all at this particular location.

The little girl with the bad pink wig was completely unprofessional. No greetings, how may I help you. All you'll get is a blank face, like she clearly didnt want to be there. Body language sucked. The girl who fixed my order, was the saving grace

The smoothies are great but they never greet you when walking in. No hello or welcome or a simple how are you. It’s like no one wants to work there. I will travel to any other location just to feel good especially In the morning when getting a smoothie. They don’t realize they’re apart of your day. I love the smoothies but you get sucked into the atmosphere they create.

I been patronizing, tropical smoothie for a long time and this one particular one Ingleside is the worst. I paid $10 for a bowl with nothing but yogurt and it is supposed to be a mixed fruit and presentation is horrible. I will never spend my money in that location ever again.

I spent a lot of money at tropical Cafe Smoothie and for me to get a mixed berry bowl twice this week and my bowl has missing toppings or little to no toppings is unacceptable I will no longer going to be spending any of my money in this store anymore and to top it off I called the store after placing my order to make sure they have my order correct and it still was incorrect NEVER AGAIN
