They have A lot of teenagers working at this location .they are rude and was sharing there personal business. With each other while I waited for my food while on lunch break my sweet Potatoes are overcooked. and burnt will not return to this location. They need better management.and the store needs a serious deep cleaning

THIS STORE IS A JOKE THE STAFF PLAYS ON THE PHONE THEY ANSWER AND HANG UP!!! THEY SERVE HARD SSA FROZEN ACAI WITH FRUIT ON TOP. THEY SERVE YOU BLUEBERRIES WITH STEMS. AND THAT BAHAMA MAMA BOWL IS STRAIGHT HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP THE WAY IT BREAKS DOWN AFTER IT MELTS. I WAS COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION WITH WHAT SEEMS TO BE POOR MANAGEMENT AND STRUCTURING. I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE I HAVE BEEN HERE TWICE ISSUES BOTH TIMES PRODUCT JUST ALWAYS TRASH WHOEVER MANAGES THIS STORE NEEDS TO DO A RE-TRAINING. I WILL ADD THE CASHIER MADE IT RIGHT FOR THE FROZEN ONE BUT I'VE CALLED 6 TIMES BETWEEN 6 -7:30 THEY KEEP ANSWERING THE PHONE AND HANGING UP (I'M SURE ITS THE ONE WITH THE HAIR STICKING UP IN THE AIR LOOKING VERY UNPROFESSIONAL)OR THEY JUST LETTING IT RING WHILE THEY IN THERE IN THE BACK PLAYING PROBABLY. These people are horrible. They ask you what you want in your smoothie and then patently ignore what it is you want or don't want and put it in there anyway. I asked for no ice because I don't like ice or a watery smoothie and this girl loaded up my smoothie with two scoops of ice and a ton of water saying some stupid thing about how it won't be a smoothie without it even though I asked for none of that and paid for that. Then she has the gall to get an attitude for not making the drink that I asked her to make, handing me a smoothie with a long black hair clamped in between the clear plastic lid of the cup and the cup itself. I had to open the cup and pull the hair out of my smoothie. It was disgusting and I don't know how I'm supposed to drink this. This place is pathetic.

I had a great experience an idk if it was due to the time of day . I arrived sometime before 7:45am and ordered a chicken, bacon ranch flat bread with a detox smoothie & everything was really good. I wish that I would have gotten the young lady name . she greeted me with a smile soon as I came in. She was also ready to assist me. That made my day and my morning.

Edit: Gave it another chance and it's worse. Didn't get my food order and smoothie was so cold and unblended I couldn't drink it. Store wouldn't answer calls so I had to go there myself to see it's completely empty and they're just ignoring calls to talk. Got only a partial refund. NEVER ORDER HERE.

Everything bad. Orders are done wrong. Last smoothie I ordered came with hair in it. I have to drive or order delivery from other locations when I want a smoothie.

Horrible experience. I won’t stop until I speak to someone in the corporate office. The two girls working the morning shift today needed supervision. They talked so much that people were waiting on their orders while they chatted in the back, in plain sight. I had to remind them that most waiting on their order are on the way to work.

Then my order was incomplete, and instead of an apology, one of them lied to me. I requested that they remake my smoothie and add the add-ons as requested (oats and almonds), but I was told that the manager would be upset if they wasted resources. Instead of remaking the smoothie I was given a refund… (how incompetent). This shows me that this young lady just wanted to make a point because now this location will not get another penny from me.

I will speak to someone in the corporate office. These ladies should NOT work the morning shift if they lack maturity and morals

To the Owner: please don’t reply to me with a generic message. Train your staff or you will be out of business very soon. This is not a good representation of the Tropical smoothie cafe brand.

I wouldn’t recommend coming here for a healthy snack or meal. We entered the establishment and one of the workers looked at me and continue to work usually at a place that expects people to come back you would get greeted when you enter.

Order taking was very good. But then while we waited we noticed the worker have a spill on the counter. She proceeded to clean the mess with a napkin while also using said napkin to wipe the cup we were being served.

Another thing I noticed is that the place needs to be cleaned. There were bugs over open containers. The walls are dirty , there’s dust debris hanging from every nook and cranny I honestly won’t be surprised if I get sick today

Please do not come here!! The customer service is horrible, definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a while. The employees will take your order and go to the back for 15 minutes. I usually love this cafe but I have only seen nasty employees like this in this specific location. Their attitudes are so unpleasant and they have no shame. This should not have to be tolerated when spending your money. Even 1 star is honestly too high for this location, it needs to be shut down or replaced immediately.
