This Tropical Smoothie Cafe was SO helpful and considerate when I made a large order for a company lunch. They went above and beyond and even helped me carry everything out to my car. Will definitely remember their positive attitudes and friendliness!

Solid tropical smoothie. It wasn’t busy when we went there so the smoothies were out super quick. It’s very clean and seems well run. They have a vast menu for just being a smoothie Café. Smoothies these days are expensive, but I thought it was worth it. I got one with P protein because I had just done hot yoga.

I never complain about service anywhere as I am a very understanding kind person and also work in food service.

I was told by an employee at this tropical smoothie location that I should get the app as I would get a free smoothie after my first purchase.

I was stoked about that and got the app and when I never received an email about my free smoothie, I went back in to this location and was told oh the free smoothie code would show up in the app. Never happened.

I went back in today to speak with the manager and she told me straight up that she couldn’t do anything without a code and told me I should have gotten an email. I told her the same information I wrote about above as well as relayed where I work, we acknowledge customer frustrations and make the moment right.

I’m very careful where I spend my money because I don’t make a lot and it was really upsetting that I was straight up lied to especially after having great experiences prior.

I won’t be returning to this location or using the app going forward.

Please educate your staff on communicating promotions and deals clearly because I feel really misled

As a regular customer, I’ve consistently experienced her kindness, attentiveness, and commitment to making every visit enjoyable. The store itself is clean, welcoming, and runs smoothly under her leadership. Alysia truly makes this location stand out, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and excellent service!

Lily was very kind, patient, and professional. I had trouble understanding how to use Dining Advantage, and she carefully explained the process. She also explained how to use the app. I’ll be enjoying the free smoothie! Thank you , Lily! You made my mother/son date extra special!

Peace and Blessings! I have been coming to this location for the past month and the service has been amazing . All of the employees are so professional, especially Lidy! Her energy is so pleasant and welcoming. I wish I could give 10’s across the board because my smoothies are DELICIOUS! Lidy NEVER disappoints and she’s knows exactly what I want and the way I want it! And she told me about the app so that I can get points! Now that’s a plus! She’s truly a Gem and I’m more that grateful for her phenomenal customer service❤️✨

Order from the Greenspring location on 41st Street in Baltimore once or twice a week. The smoothies and food are great, the staff are friendly, the restaurant and bathrooms are clean, and my order is always made correctly.
