Smoothies are always delicious and fresh! I frequent the Crofton & Ellicott City locations
This company has gone down,across the board. All locations not following business practices. Over icing smoothies(watery), cross-contamination with food(turkey bacon ranch cut with bufffalo chicken knife). Pickup orders sit out to get hot(smoothies). Poor customer service, always rush you through ordering. This used to be my favorite place for fast food. Employees make it feel like the club. No thank you. Will eat at home, save money. Do better franchise owners!

For some reason my app wouldn't show my birthday free smoothie and the manager went ahead and gave me one for free anyway. And they made it exactly like I liked it so I really got to give a thumbs up to this place
