Walked in to make an order/ gain clarification on how to order the free smoothie with a flatbread in the App I was not greeted (though there are about 5 people working-they seemed more focused on their conversation than the customers), i was not acknowledged (I did receive some side eyes😒), 2 customers orders were incorrect and there was no apology offered or an estimated time to have their order fixed, and waited nearly 10 minutes before I decided to leave Smoothie sale is all week; I'll try again on another day.

It took over 20 minutes to get my smoothie! I saw numerous people order after me and receive their drinks a less than 5 minutes. It took me approaching the cashier for my drink to finally be made. The cashier tried her best but there were 3-4 other workers just standing in the back talking and laughing while she tried to complete the bulk of the orders.

I came in tonight and a girl in a pink rung me up and made my smoothie, she was polite and quick and the smoothie was good, but the other girls working were being loud, cursing and gossiping with other people in the store. You can tell by the reviews there are good employees and bad ones. I hope the owners are watching the cameras and taking notes.

Very busy place.....to be expected given the location. With that being said, that doesn't give the staff the right to be nasty and rude. I asked a question and almost lost my head. I didn't see a name tag, the young woman was, African American, wore glasses, acne, with short-hair.....she was making smoothies at the day and time of my visit.

They don’t greet you or ask you if you need help when you come in unless you go straight to the register. I’ve stood there looking around confused for my online pick up order more than once before realizing where they put them, clearly the younger college kids need some guidance with customer service. I’ve been to other tropical smoothies that are further out and the customer service is so much better and pleasant.

This was the 3rd detox smoothie with the consistency of water. They were made with too much ice and too much added water. The 1st time it was obvious that the young lady was new and tried her best to make the smoothie. While it was not up to par with the Tropical Smoothie brand, I chalked it up as a loss.
The 2nd smoothie was not much better. The gentleman added ice, added water, added ice again, and then added some juice from the fruit container. It appeared that he tried to fix it, but making it from the start would've been better.
My 3rd smoothie today was completely awful. It looked and had the consistency of swamp water.
Considering the prices, I decided to call to see how to make this right. Well, the number googled, instructed me to leave a message. I really try to support Black owned establishments, but this is unacceptable. Clearly, employees received very little training on the process of making smoothies.
So disappointing!

My son ordered a door dash delivery and the order was missing an item.The owner, I believe his name is Dave, delivered the missing item along with a free smoothie to our home within 15 minutes from contacting the store. He was very apologetic and would not accept a tip. Impeccable customer service !! Thank you Dave, you went above and beyond!

Tropical smoothie is a place I go to often. Today I door dashed because they close early and I wasn’t able to go there personally, when my food arrived I was missing a smoothie. Called the dasher asked what happened she explained that she was only given one. Next I called tropical smoothie thinking it wouldn’t do much but it was worth a try, the owner David answered we explained the problem and he was so generous that he personally brought two smoothies to my house. Most people wouldn’t do that so I thank him for taking the time out of his day to issue wonderful customer service.
