So delicious on a hot day. They fill the cups to the top. Great prices. Soft serve is perfect. I recommend mango and egg custard Italian ice mix. So yummy. I wish they had chairs to sit or small tables but at least they have large umbrellas on the property

The older woman there is a nut. I ordered some ice in a pint container and she said that I must mean a quart (I didn’t). Then I made the horrible mistake of asking for a lid. “A WHAT?” She shrieked. I asked again for a lid. She grabbed my ice, scooped out a bunch off the top just to be mean, huffed and puffed and complained about me to her employee and then disappeared. She ….has problems.

Since the closing of Elizabeth and Zyggie’s in Parkville, the Italian Ice at Tropicool has been my sweet relief. It’s not a snowball, but it does the trick for me! My kid loves the soft serve, and my nephews love the gelato.
