Ordered food at 11:06pm , it’s 12:31am and my food has not been delivered. Tried contacting the store multiple times. No one is answering. Paid for food already as well. Highly upset
Update , this is the next day 11:42am opening time. Contacted the establishment. Manager told me the driver contacted me multiple times with no answer so he took a picture and left it outside. (I live in an apartment) I said there’s no way because I waited up u til 1:am keep calling the restaurant. I asked what was the number they were calling. He repeated a number that was one digit off from mine. I told him that was a mistake on their end because they never even asked me my number just my address . So you have called ID and gave your driver the wrong number. He said he could give me a credit on my next order. I said No ! I want my money back. He kept telling me no . I kept telling him they made the mistake not me. He told me contact my bank and then hung up on me. If I could give zero starts I would !

Great place, real good food and doesn't break the bank. The staff are friendly and take care of you. My wife and I just started coming here and will be back. Don't forget dessert.

So I’ve ordered from this place many times and the food has always been good. However, I’m leaving this review after an experience I had ordering through DoorDash. My delivery driver called to tell me that they were not allowed to pick up my order after they called out an employee for packing my pizza in a box which a little girl was jumping in with her shoes on! I mean even with or without shoes, nothing should be going in a pizza box except for pizza or a calzone. 2 guys refused to remake the pizza and refused to release the food to the DoorDash driver. Now I am left questioning every time I’ve ordered from there, did some put their dirty feet on my food? Not cool.

I ordered from 2 guys pizza through door dash. As I was ordering I received a notification that I had 15mins left to order. By the time I was done ordering my food the timer said 10mins left to order, so I was in the clear. I called the restaurant to ask them not to put dressing on top of my salad. As I was talking, the person who answered the phone (I should've asked for his name) cut me off, was very rude, didn't want to hear a word I was saying. when he was finally done and i had a moment to speak, I asked him not to add salad dressing on my salad. He then said, cancel your order, cancel your order because we are NOT GOING to make it.I asked to speak to the manager and the refused to put the manager on the phone (Might have been the manager for all I know).I said to him, according to doordash, your preparing my order, he demanded that I canceled it, again very rude and then he hung up on my face, no goodbye or anything, he just hung up on me.This was my first experience with this place and I will NEVER EVER, attempt to try their food again.TIP: Hire staff that knows how to talk to people. I don't appreciate the rudeness, the yelling and hanging up in my face. You train people to treat people with respect and not who you FEEL LIKE being respectful towards, You respect ALL OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!I will tell my family to also NOT come to this place.If the timer to order on doordash is wrong, you need to fix it, because I had 15mins to place my order, so this tells me your staff closes earlier than what's displayed.A half hour later my order was canceled, again I placed my order within the timeframe. I have NEVER had any issues with any other restaurants in the past, until this one! This staff member has put this company to SHAME! As I'm reading your reviews prior to me, I see this business has a lot of one star reviews and you guys respond with an apology, but it doesn't seem like you work hard on FIXING THE ISSUE...YOU GUYS ARE RUDE!!!!!

I had my food delivered my steak fries were old ,my granddaughter had French fries they were horrible and my daughter lemon pepper wings were disgusting,and they have the nerve and audacity to overcharge for this mess..NEVER AGAIN ??
