Great West Indian/Jamaican food. What makes this place stand out are the quality of delicious food and the very economic value. Where else can you get an entire meal for as low as $7.42. Now that's completely unheard of in this day in age. This place deserves you to come stop in and give them a try!

My Favorite Caribbean food carry out !!! I ordered food from Max’s faithfully (literally atleast once a week) when they were on reisterstown rd for years..when they left I was devastated! I really needed some comfort food today and out of denial and pure hope I googled Max’s Caribbean LORD AND BEHOLD they rebranded and moved not too far from old place I saw the food pics and prices (called to confirm this was Max’s) made my day OK! Scurried up the rd my go-to is the pepper steak /jerk chicken but you can’t go wrong with any dish they serve! Always made fresh and when it’s gone it’s gone gotta wait til the next day! Service is a pleasure never had a problem Authentic food made with love from Authentic ppl in my opinion. *o and they accept cash AND card now too!

First time visiting this place, and I honestly didn't know what to expect. But I was pleasantly surprised.
Ordered Brown Stew Chicken, Beef Patty, and Mac N Cheese. Everything was good and, most importantly, very affordable. My total was $13.25 for everything.
Will definitely try again!

I ordered curry chicken and white rice and cabbage, and it was so bland and tasteless. No flavor whatsoever i am extremely disappointed. Will not be coming back.

This place is my go to, the pepper steak, j*** chicken and brown stew chicken is the only entrées I get, especially the pepper steak, the meat is always tender, daughter of the owner is always polite

The decor is unimpressive but the food, now that's another story. The j*** chicken (I had white meat) was tender, moist and so well seasoned...so jerky. The cabbage is always a hit...I'm officially a regular customer.

The food I had was great. I've only tasted the curry chicken three times. You have to pay extra for plantains, which are okay as far a plantains go (I only had them one time). And their food is so affordable that the $1 extra isn't a big deal. I spent 10 and some change on a large curry. I don't care for the people who just hang out there and invade my personal space.
Parking: I've gone there twice, and didn't have any issues with street parking.
