University Deli has the best triple mixes hands down. Whenever I'm over East Baltimore and I have time, sometimes I'll stop in for just a triple mix. And my son loves them too. They have a good variety of sandwiches, subs, and wraps to pick from. The last time I ordered the Reuben. It was good, but it could have used more dressing. Otherwise I give them 2 thumbs up. If it's the same owner as 7 years ago, she is really nice too. That's always a plus.
i love this market and feel pretty safe in regardless of the area. At this day and time all areas are dangerous so take a chance and come get your eat on. i love the cold cuts from ronnies but my favorite is the fish from Jackpot seafood where you pick it, they clean it and fry it.
Haven't been in the NorthEast Market (Baltimore) for many years. Reason is that I no longer live i that area. But during the 1940s and 1950s may parents lived close to this market. They would shop there frequently for fresh poultry and fish.
