Went there and asked about allergies because son is allergic to nuts. Got something without allergies in it and there was a piece of pistachio in it. But that's not all, there was also hair.

When we complained the staff were very rude and didn't even offer to replace the ice cream, just said they'd take the hair out and that we should expect cross contamination even though it's clear they didn't take any precautions to keep cross contamination at a minimum despite knowing that my 5 year old was allergic to nuts.

Absolutely horrified at the level of service we received.

You need more than good cookies and cannoli. Not thrilled.

I was in Baltimore visiting my daughter. I always use google to check out local bakeries, and google replied that Vaccaro’s was the best. It may have been, but the service was so poor, I’ll never know. I was left standing at the counter. No “hello, we’ll be right with you!” There were 4 people behind the counter, and 3 saw me when I walked in. When I finally said hello- I was told by a woman who was counting a till that I would have to wait. No apology, no we’ll be right with you, just that I had to wait. I looked down at the case holding cookies, the glass was dirty and the cookies didn’t look that fresh. So, I took her rudeness as a sign and left. I went to Ovenbird around the corner. No cannolis, but the danish I had was delicious and the service was great!

Great deserts and coffee. Friendly staff and great selection

This place is awsome. The owner takes his time and puts that authentic taste and quality into his products. Everything here was great.
