I ordered a cake and completely got disappointed. It wasn’t even ready when i had asked if it could be ready by Monday and they said they could but when my family goes to pick it up it wasn’t ready and they only put happy birthday on the cake when i had asked for a Minecraft birthday cake and had paid everything when i went to order. I even had it on the paper that it was supposed to be Monday so i don’t understand whats the misunderstanding i had told and showed the lady clearly how i wanted it and by when.

I placed an order for 2 jellies, 1 for a day before and the second for a day after, the first one there was no problem but today when I called to pick up the second one, it was 1 hour later than what had been agreed with the person the day before , I called on the phone and told the person that I would arrive in 45 minutes, he told me that it was fine that I could arrive at any time I wanted, and I told him again that I would arrive in 45 minutes, I arrive and ask about the gelatin and they tell me that They don't have them, and the person tells me that I had told him that in the afternoon when that was a lie, and I had to return at 6 in the afternoon and the gelatin was not ready. Bad service with those who answer the phone.
The cakes are delicious but today they didn't serve us very bad service.
