I came in at 10pm on 2/1/25. I sat and waited to get a hookah for 40 minutes. No hookah, so I went to the back to ask when I would get the hookah. A whole hour and a half passed and I never got my hookah. People came in after me and got a hookah. I asked one of the girls once again when I would get my hookah and was told they are all gone. The security guard was nice and was upset that I never got my hookah. I donāt know what the problem was but Iām never coming back. This was my first experience here and it was horrible.

Iām curious , ok so the lady with dreads (hookah girl) had waited for us so she sat us in the seats at the door and we told her our flavors but she disappeared for 10 mins then came back saying āwhat yall got againā then some guys came they didnāt wanna sat near the door thatās where we was but she let them sit in the booth it was just 2 just like it was me and my friend and then when we asked her she was like āoh they didnāt wanna sit where yall wasā
we didnāt wanna sit where we were but we did so I didnāt think it was fair that she could sit them in a booth when she said they not supposed to and she only did it cause they was flirting with her I like vibes but she threw me all the way off and fair is fair but she was wrong for that
But I just wanna know was that supposed to happen ? Cause I was lost by that young lady

The perfect place to sit and have a drink or smoke hookah with friends. Itās BYOB and they offer a variety of chasers. Service is fast I received my hookah 5-6 minutes after arriving. They donāt have food but you can bring food inside.

Went on a Saturday night got in paid $65 for hookah and entry only for them to close 5 mins later. The lady at the door didn't tell us that they closed at 12am when we arrived a little after 11:30pm. We got out hookah at 11:49pm and was then immediately told by security we had to leave. The manager and owner was not willing to refund us any of the money we just paid for a hookah we didn't get a chance to use. Security was very rude to us when we were simply trying to explain that we had just arrived and didn't know about the closing time. Hours of operation was not posted so we assumed they closed at 2am. At the very least to hostess at the front door should have let us know what time it was because we would have not wasted $65. We will not be back. Customer service was the worst. Our waitress was nice but other than that poor customer service.

Super sketchy for a number of reasons, hereās the main one. Thereās almost always a white windowless van at late evening hours moving people in and out as if regulating their activities ā¦ itās a front for illicit activities and I hope they not only leave our neighborhood, but that they all together stop what theyāre doing. Trafficking of any and all kinds needs to stop. Belair Road deserves better for the people and our communities. Baltimore is Love.
