This is a solid lunch and breakfast spot. I had the best Reuben ever! The meat to kraut to dressing ratio was perfect. The bread was grilled to a perfect crunch. I highly recommend it.
Very helpful and friendly, fun place to be.Thanks. ⛷
A regular go to place when traveling to Baltimore. Really friendly neighborhood restaurant. The food is always freshly prepared and they have a great menu. The blueberry muffins are unreal. Good coffee and Americano’s. If you like hot coffee, try this. Not sure how they get it so hot. Immediately outside the Delta Hotel which makes it really convenient if staying there. Close to Loyola University. Inside and outside dining. Try it.
I come regularly with friends, especially as outdoor seating enables me to observe COVID precautions easily. Food is always good and fresh, staff are friendly and happy to serve you. Specials vary the menu; we especially love the salmon. It's a quiet, tree-shaded location, and perfect for a great conversation anytime.
Baked goods are fantastic. Menu items are good, but for it's location I thought it would be better. Returned my pasta salad.
One of my favorite places in the nation! I was a flight attendant for 10 years and legitimately one of the nicest little cafes with a wonderful menu. Their breakfast is wonderful!!!
The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly. Our daughter was in town a conference so we drove to Baltimore to see her. Highly recommend
I've had quite a few bacon egg & cheese sandwiches in my day, but Village Square Cafe has one of, if not, the best I've ever encountered. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. I'd absolutely recommend this spot for breakfast, lunch, or coffee meetings.
This is a local gem. The food is terrific, and the service is great. They have live music on Saturdays. The outdoor seating is lovely. They serve Zeke's Coffee, a wonderful local brand.
Cute breakfast place. I like to go here with my parents. They don't have a ton of vegetarian options, but they are very open to substitutions. Their home fries are really good.

Some food was over cooked or under cooked. They were polite but some food was crusted around the bottom of my plate and my burger could have been cooked more the battered fish was golden but meat wasn’t all the way cooked and had no taste was plain as it can be. My shrimp salad seemed a little off like shrimp was kinda hard like it could have been cooked for 2 more mins
Poor hygiene from some staff nobody uses gloves all the dishwashers being trained are taught to wipe the dishes off if they don’t get clean or still have food on them just wipe with drying towel that’s 4 dishes out of 15 most every load every use that’s foul. Spreading germs and more covid. Some stuff expired on that day was still used instead of tossed by the Mexican cook he should not be the lead cook. If they revamp how they do things they can truly prosper
After waiting 45 minutes for eggs and pancakes the food lacked seasoning & flavor! Rather eat at mcdonald’s. Wouldn’t recommend!
Dishes are not clean when come out dishwasher when they train you if it’s food still on the plate or pot y’all food go in wipe it with a towel . Then sit back up on rack. That cause so many Health issues. No body use gloves. Your basically eating other peoples covid
So pleasant to sit out on a patio and enjoy a salad or sandwich. Good food and good service.
