This place doesn't exist, no more don't waste your time like I did

Drove down from the county to give this place a try. Called ahead to see if they did phone-in orders. First guy was polite and took my order. 10 minutes later I show up to the address on Google (40 N Streeper) and the windows looks cardboarded up and there's no sign of where the place is. I call to find out where it's located and no one answers. Called 2 more times, no answer. I ask someone walking by and they said it used to be there but it's been a year. It's been 15-20 minutes now. I start driving off and 5 minutes later they call me back and I said I called and a different guy this time said the phone wasn't turned up so they didn't hear it but they're there. Didn't really get an apologetic vibe for the inconvenience and just decided I would keep heading home. Idk if the address changed but it's not clear from Google or in person. Unfortunate because I really wanted to try the waffles.

This place was not worth the time or money. I waited 45 minutes for some eggs that were cooked in a microwave with a piece of cheese thrown in top and some thin soggy waffles.

Excellent customer service. Arrived just after a very large group and employee apologized several times for needing to wait a little. Employee also offered to make us a unique off-menu sandwich of his own creation and it was delicious. Waffle grilled cheese was also very satisfying. Definitely recommend and will be back soon.
