All employees were taking care of drive thru orders without even letting the walk-ins place their orders. After ten minutes I walk out! I can get a burger anywhere! And this was NOT the first tim6this happened to me at THIS store in Essex.

The young lady at the register January 1st how much close to Lobby closing time very professional very polite the girl that was working the drive was also very nice and polite the young man that I seen working on the grill was very fast efficient and the burger I got was the mushroom Triple Stacker I was expecting it to be messy and like not not put together pretty and neat and the food was really fresh all of them are very very clean and the lobby was just cleaned out the counters were clean where the register was it was really a very pleasant atmosphere I give their performance at I give them a 25 out of 20 5 extra points for politeness and punctuality and efficiency.
Parking: The employees were dressed professionally their uniforms were clean you can tell they take pride in their job manager Sonia has pride in her employees and she she motivates them they have the most utmost respect for her Ms Sonia is very polite friendly willing. to please and make her customers feel welcome and comfortable I think she's a great manager in the night time crew that work on Tuesday night January the 1st is one of the best cruise I've seen

We’ll just came an went to the drive thru arrived first time the card machine wasn’t working … and said only cash … went to the atm to get cash …. Got back in line waited 20 min to place order ….. get to the window .. pays for food het no receipt at all …. Fries seem to be redipped in grease … got home 3 mins away Burger cold asf ….. and fries nasty smh. Wasted my money and time but the new frosty is good asf

This is a good location.its staffed with a awesome and helpful group of people.specially blonde girl jody.she is friendly helpful and always has smile on her face and I see her doing multiple jobs and helping her team but whole crew is on point

The Wendy's restaurant in Essex is better than before after reopening. The floor is much cleaner now without the carpeting in the dinning area.

The staff was extremely rude and when I called to complain they gave attitude, the complete wrong order and when I politely asked for a refund the attitude only grew. I called twice because the manager hung up on me both times. Never again will I be eating at this location. I am greatly disappointed.

Very dirty even smelled. Food was subpar made, I got sick. Last chance with this Wendy`s for me. The cashier was friendly but the manager lady was not good at all. She made the food. Why cant i grab a safe burger from here that is sanitary enough to not get me sick when i need one.
