Look no one's going to Wendy's for the atmosphere or the experience. But they have good quality food at this location compared to some others. Seems to be on the cleanlier side and if we're being honest Wendy's is better than McDonald's anyway.

Very unorganized, drive through long lines, inside long lines. Waiting for a cashier inside was a waste of time. I was in line for 10 minutes with three people in front of me. I gave up and left, it was clearly enough workers but their focus was only on the drive through.

10/10 WILL NOT BE BACK! Drive through wait is egregious. But no worries nothing going to change.
The food here was great and the restaurant itself was nice and clean! 🍔✨ However, the wait time for my mobile order was absolutely disappointing and felt completely unnecessary. 😩 My order was sitting right on the rack, but the cashier kept focusing on the customers in the register line, making me stand there and wait. 😠 It's frustrating when staff don't check for mobile pickups. Great food, but poor efficiency on the pickup side. Dropping this down to 3 stars because of the avoidable wait. ⭐⭐⭐

If my husband didn’t enjoy the frosty here I would never come here EVER..!!! The drive though is always over a 15 minute drive Waite and the food is always cold…0 outta 10
Always slow I never want come back night time
Been waiting for 50 minutes because the incompetent employees can only handle one order at a time. When it’s finally my turn, they “don’t have an order for me” even though it is clearly paid for in the app for this location. No root beer, no sprite, so you just rip people off and take their money, make them wait forever. You won’t get another dime from me. Good riddance!
Sat in the drive-through for over an hour when I got my food it was cold. It took them seven minutes to give me food once I paid from the same window didn’t apologize and the fries were un edible and they didn’t give me everything for chili either I do not recommend. I wish I could get my money back, but I don’t even have a receipt because I did not give me one.

Stopped at the Drive-thru for a Frosty and there was only 2 cars in front of me. I could barely understand the server through the speaker and the wait was ridiculous.

BE CAREFUL OF THIS LOCATION!! I will be calling corporate. This is a 24 hour location that’s supposed to stop serving lunch/dinner items at 4:59am. I placed an order at 3am through DoorDash and they hid from all three of my dashers when they came through the drive through because they didn’t feel like making food and wanted us to eventually cancel through the app.
