Much better interior eating area from the last visits. It was clean and there were supplies and drinks available. The food service was quick. The cashier could have better people skills. ( even if it's false greet people with a warm greeting)

Just left feeling frustrated. Rude tall man took my order. Hadn’t been there in quite awhile, but my questions seemed to get on his nerves. No thank you, no receipt. Very abrupt attitude. Wrong job Mr. Hope he’s not working the window IF I ever decide to go back.

Ordered from Uber eats. Didn't provide spoons or napkins. The bacon on my sandwich was old and tough. I paid for extra cheese and didn't receive it. They also sent my nuggets without any sauce at all and I ordered it.. stuck at work with un enjoyable food. Way to do me dirty Wendy's

I’m really sick and tired of this location. The employees are rude more often than not and something is ALMOST always messed up/missing with my order. Tonight they managed to get my burger completely wrong; it was literally just 2 patties, bread, and cheese; when I ordered it with ALL the vegetables and extra dressing. They also claimed they were out of chilli (very common lie with this location) and that I could get a 6pc spicy nugget as a replacement. Well guess what I got? 5pc regular nuggets. My boyfriend’s order was also completely wrong. I called the store 5 times, no answer. When I drove back down to the store the employee AND manager were extremely rude and were visibly frustrated that we wanted some resolution. I wanted my food remade but my boyfriend wanted a refund; and then they tried to lie that we had to go through the app for that but each and every-time we tried that we have ALWAYS been told the stores issue refunds. If you mess up our order, why is an apology, accountability, and resolution not at the forefront? I will be calling the corporate office.

Order Ubereats, driver reached out for replacement offers because they had nothing on the menu . They still delivered my order wrong . I called the store to report it was cursed out and hung up on . Best believe I’m coming up there to beat somebody’s ass.

I sat at the register for 2 minutes watching the manager and worker speak Spanish to each other in a very friendly tone none work related conversation. Once the conversation was done she slowly walked to the register like I interrupted something. I walked out. I'm not pressed to spend money where it's clearly unwanted.

I have attached my order receipt along with what i received. There was no one available to contact and ask them about my wrong order.
They are not ready to change the wrong item, and they didn't give any sauces that i ordered.

I want my money back for the items which i paid and i didn't got.
