Seriously considering not eating at Wendy’s anymore. The girl at the window is rude and not intelligent. I can tell by the way she handles situations. The drive through intercom wasn’t working. She screwed up my order and asked me to rejoin the line for something she didn’t put in my order. When I got home I realized more things were missing from my order. If you want to be pissed and feel robbed for your money head down there!

Any time I order through the app (mobile) its longer than just ordering when u get there. Unfortunately, majority of the ees complain about working there. I understand where they are coming from but majority are just lazy or are not trained properly. But I have had good service other times. I feel like it depends on who is working. This wendys, for sure is 100 time better than the one on Belair Rd in Perry Hall.

This location is very poorly run. To be out of staple items at lunchtime is not a good sign. Food is very questionable. Save your money and go somewhere else.
