They forgot a whole sandwich and fries. They forgot my childs toy. They also packed the bag badly. They weren't exactly rude, but they were not very personable at all. We said thank you and they just blank stared at us like we were rediculous to ask for what we had paid for. The store looked dirty and not well lit at all. Definitely run down.

I cant believe they made me wait to the side during my drive thru for more than 5 minutes and they forgot to give me one of the orders I paid for. Im already home. Im soooo pissed. These are people working on 2/7/25 around 5pm. I hope someone see this message from Wendy's.

This Wendy’s is absolutely the worst. The soda machine never works. The ketchup is always out. The lobby is never clean. On a recent visit, our order was wrong despite repeating it several times. Probably because the girl behind the counter refused to look up or listen. Been a long time since I dealt with such crappy customer service. She overcharged us for a small chili, which I was willing to let go until I found a long black hair in it. Definitely our last trip to this location.

OK, decided to go here to eat dinner with my kids today open up my bag and this was in it. What type of napkins is these smh I guess they just putting anything in the bags now for napkins look like a child drew on a napkin. I guess next is gonna be toilet paper for the napkins in the bag. God knows where these people get these napkins from that they put in my bag could've bought them from their house anyway this is not no Wendy's napkins. Basically they put this in my food where I have to eat my food. This is so nasty don't know where these napkins came from.

Typical Wendy's menu. I ordered a baked potato with chives at drive through and when I got it, I did not get the sour cream that I though it should have already on it which meant that I had to go into store and get straightened out but they gave me 2 packs straight out of a fridge that made my meal cold. Should have been onit when I received it!
