Went inside to order. Food took a long time to prepare (over 10 minutes) and it wasn't busy 🙄. There was only 1 customer ahead of us (Door Dash). The more experienced team members seemed to be more focused on the drive thru. I fault the management team and not the teenage cashier.

This is quite possibly the worst fast food restaurant to ever exist. The service here is the worst in this state each time I go in person. The laziest group of staff I have ever seen, the kind delivery person even agreed that they have the worst service. I could excuse one or two things wrong with an order however when they forget one entire meal out of a two meal order and make the second completely incorrect that truly speaks for the staff involved. I greatly recommend you spend your money quite literally anywhere else. Money spends anywhere and I suggest it's not at this Wendy's.

All of their countertops were filthy. The countertop for condiments was empty. The bathrooms were disgusting. It's a small location, but very busy. This location is understaffed.
Just ask them to make your fries cooked to order.

I have been coming here for about a month . There seem to be a problem with me getting my receipt and i would like to know what is the problem. If i get sick from something i eat what proof do i have to show i ate your food and i do fetch in an app which gives me point to use to purchase items . Please fix this i will greatly appreciate you. Other than this i have a rating of 5. Thank you.

I honestly only eat from here when I’m really on a budget and don’t have the stomach for McDonalds. The burgers are always cold the best thing you can look forward to is nice fresh fries

I enjoyed the chicken nuggets, they were very tasty 😋 Unfortunately I wasn't pleased with the swirl frosty, they definitely didn't put enough strawberry syrup or caramel in these frosties. I will stick with the regular frosty which is delicious

Probably the worst Wendy's I've ever been to you'll be sitting in drive-thru they'll take one order finish taking care of that car at the pay window and them getting their food and then they take the next order at the drive-thru this is by far the worst slowest Wendy's I've ever been in plus side the food was still good

They forgot a whole sandwich and fries. They forgot my childs toy. They also packed the bag badly. They weren't exactly rude, but they were not very personable at all. We said thank you and they just blank stared at us like we were rediculous to ask for what we had paid for. The store looked dirty and not well lit at all. Definitely run down.
