I’m about to stop coming to this one. I don’t care how close it is to my job, I’ll drive to one farther. The employees act like they’re pissed off all the time, and or hate their job. Don’t get me wrong, I completely understand if you hate your job, I definitely hate mine, but don’t take it out on the customers who ain’t do nothing wrong and just tryna make an order………sheesh…….🥶

The employees working yesterday (10/18/25) had an attitude and didn’t listen.
TLDR: She accused me of trying to steal my OWN food that i paid for.
I ordered on the app and showed them when i got there and the girl was like “what’s the name?” showing she wasn’t paying attention and was acting dumb, on their screen they show it as initials not the full name so clearly if i’m saying the ENTIRE NAME and the confirmation on the Wendy’s app that it’s my food. The manager yesterday was being friendly though.
