Can't even read an UberEats order correctly. I took off cheese, tomato, and mayo and it was ALL there. I hate cheese so much, and I only have so long on my lunch break. I get that these employees are probably overworked and under paid, but who isn't???? If I'm spending money I earned what I'm asking for should be correct.

Their customer service is horrible smh they seriously need a retraining smh I also was disappointed to see that I paid for the Wednesday Addams Misfournate meal and the only thing I got with the Wednesday Misfortune specialty was the sauce smh If you have a specialty like that people want that special bag and boxes and cups smh

I don’t know if this is a Wendy’s or a public hangout spot where people just portray to work but my last few trips here was disturbing im talking police in parking lot from employee fighting customers then waiting in long lines but no customer being told to pull to the side because of there order was holding up the line but me the only one in line literally no one behind me get told to pull to the door they will bring my order out just for my food to be cold I’m done with them

Worst Wendy’s EVER!
I pulled up in the drive thru at lunchtime and the drive thru is closed. The worker cones on the mic just to say, “to serve you better please come in the lobby” So I pull up to the door on the side of the closed drive thru. Just to pick up my online order. I placed the order and paid for it using the app. So I didn’t need any help, all they had to do was hand me my order.
Instead some loud woman said “IM NOT GIVING HER NO FOOD UNTIL SHE MOVE HER CAR”.
I guess she didn’t know I was already in the establishment, while she loud talking and ignorant acting. So I turn around and moved my car up some more. Went back in and my food still was not ready. They didn’t have any Diet Coke. I had to wait 40 minutes after placing my order with the app and 3 other ppl served in Person.
Then I had to wait for a mystery person to make my drink. I mean a lady told me “we don’t have any Diet Coke” I told her sprite and she told someone else to make the drink. Once I got the drink everything was cold. The staff here is horrible. They shut down the drive thru when ppl go to lunch. You think you gonna take a quick lunch break from work, and just to get the food takes all your lunchtime.
You’ve been warned. Or maybe this is what you use to😳

Food order was messed up the lady who was on the phone answered was very much rude and disrespectful I ask for her name she didn’t want to give it to me. My entire order was messed up from the beginning. They sent me Buffalo style nuggets when I requested honey barque baked potatoes wasn’t given they sent French fries with cheese and bacon on it. Not sure who answered the phone but I hope their calls are recorded so they can play them back. I will never order from Wendy’s ever again in life

Wow, the folks in this location need training badly. The cashier had to ask me to repeat my order 3 times (for a nugget meal and a frosty). every time she got to a new party of the order, she had to ask me again. Gave me the wrong drink (and turned out they don't actually HAVE any soda) and took FOREVER to get our order.

Went 6:45,pm doors locked set at speaker for about 3 mins before anyone answered got to window no greeting or anything cashier on phone no name tag. Manager walking around just sweeping
