Poor service , when the inside is closed and only the drive thru is open and I have to pick up orders, they claim the orders are always stolen , and the drive thru be extra packed with cars

This place sucks. Here on a Monday at 4 15 in the afternoon. Cars are backed up at the drive thru. I had to call twice only to be told that it's a shift change inside, so they aren't working during shift change. The system, nor the employees. What kind of ish is this!! Wendy's, please do better. That is not a reason to stop the flow of traffic. Fast food?? Obviously, not you all here at Wendy's!!!!

I took my Sister in law and my Grandchildren for a bite to eat we didn't feel like cooking after a long day service was good food freshly cooked order was corrected
Vegetarian options: Their baked potatoes are delicious
Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to pork I do chicken or fish not real big on beef
Kid-friendliness: Staff very professional and polite
They were out of stock of a few items . Condiments -BBQ sauce, beverage flavors, napkins,. But Nuggets were hot and tasty

ATP…. Don’t even order from this Wendy’s through food apps….especially at night…because whoever the person is that does the orders don’t even BOTHER TO READ THEM! I ordered a Dave’s double combo no cheese, no tomatoes, no pickles…. And 4 piece kids meal (MISSING) The amount of sheer laziness this restaurant has is ridiculous. It’s careless nobody wants to go somewhere where the employees don’t do their jobs and don’t care if they do it right or not…. But if they go to someone else job they expect good service…. Give it first….it’s bad service period… they just throw stuff in a bag and saying “welp…. Submit for a refund…” instead of just DOING YOU JOBS RIGHT. I’m one who supports hospitality/retail/ food service workers but this utterly ridiculous… however they really don’t deserve pay raises.The pics will say enough.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo and a order of spicy nuggets. As I bite into the sandwich I find the chicken to be RAW. I then proceeded to eat my chilli which was my side in the combo and I found a half of a burger or sausage patty, I didn't know what it was so I spent almost $30 for a meal that was horrible. I won't be using that Wendy's any longer, very unhappy customer and I know that they could care less.
