Old white lady with glasses with a bad attitude taking orders. Forgot to put item iny bag I had to ask several times for the item. Thankfully, another employee gave it to me. Instead of her apologizing she got an even worse attitude.

Extremely slow service even when placing mobile orders. Sat in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes with only one car ahead of me before having to back out of the drive-thru to go inside due to them not actually helping anyone in the drive-thru inside is always employees who act like they're just hanging out with buddies versus working. The manager at this location obviously does not care about her employees or customers and seriously needs to be replaced if that's the case. They are now also refusing to honor deals in the app and will not provide a receipt to show what they are charging you

I have visited this location several times during break. Honestly, the fries are always second cooked, and today, each flavor I chose in the soda dispenser was unavailable. I know I only purchased the value meal. But dag!! I was like this is my last chance with them. Or, I'll just request fresh fries on each visit. That's why you all received only 3 stars.

I went into wendys at 6411 Eastern Ave at 8:58pm. Went into the women’s restroom before ordering food due to my disability and stomach issues. 4 minutes after having an emergency bowel movement, a male employee knocked really hard on the door, came in the bathroom, then told me if I wasn't going to buy anything then I should leave after. This unnecessarily escalated. 5 minutes later, a female employee came into the bathroom, proceeded to unlock the bathroom door and open the door, despite me telling her that I was in the stall. She apologized then came back and unexpectedly threatened to get a security officer if I didn't leave. The male security officer, the female and the male employee came into the bathroom. the security officer kicked open my bathroom stall while I was naked on the toilet, and then the three employees stole my purse which had my essential personal items in it, and then made me chase after them to get it while I was still naked. She threatened to fight me and “beat me up” after telling her that they all were violating my privacy. The security officer also threatened to physically take me out of the restaurant multiple times, while telling him I was exposed and still having a bowel movement. In the 12 minute span of me being in this wendys bathroom, they kicked down the stall, took my purse and refused to give it back, threatened and violated my safety and privacy numerous times, threatened to assault me, and harassed me. This has extremely traumatized me, and the only thing I did was use the bathroom for 10 minutes. They also yelled at another woman for using the bathroom to change her baby. I have video and audio recording of the entire incident. I have also filed a police report.

We just ordered 3 meals at the eastern ave Location in dundalk and everything was wrong we ordered double burgers and got singles, fries were missing never again we spent 30$ for shit they just threw everything in one bag what a mess definitely dont recomend you won't receive what you order not worth the money. I wouldn't usually be so upset but if Wendy's is going to charge 12 13 dollars a meal I want my darn order correct that's a lot of money, for all that I'd rather go to chili's

We used the drive thru time get the 5 dollar value box which my BESTEST love..it was cute. The fries and nuggets were hot, and I had a big piece of lettuce on my Jr bacon.
