Fell today at work, decided to go to the Kaiser urgent care on twin springs, I said to myself I should eat something before going in, Burger King was my first thought but that was not open or something was wrong, so I said well it’s a Wendy’s right next door, I ordered a number 6 and made it a large, I get my food and drive off, get to the parking lot at Kaiser and guess what ny fries are cold, the chicken sandwich was bland, wished I had salt that’s for sure! Anyway it was the extra crap on an already crappy day! Thanks for nothing! It’s 10:27 pm currently and I hate it here!

So even after reopening the restaurant still has a 35 minute wait for a combo meal .gotta change the workers /manger everyone must go and get nee staff . This location can make so so so much money only if they could get orders out

Given that they only had two people working when we showed up, those two were making it happen. Thanks for being there for lunch! The burger and fries were good. Didnt have iced tea or root beer, I can live with that.

Ordered from here, and got breakfast! I got 4 small fries and 4 coffee's with cream and sugar. I also got 4 sausage,egg, and cheese croissant. I got no cheese! I went back there and said these were croissant's. They refused to fix my order and they said they were croissant's. Then gave us creamer in a cup and a knife to stir it with. Never going here again don't prefer anyone else to go here if anything go to McDonald's or burger king.

Coke, medium fry boxes out, and drive through not functioning forcing everyone to come inside... Why does it seemike every Wendy's is a dumpster fire? You go to Chick Fil A and never encounter slow workers, broken equipment, or food out... Wendy's here had workers not wearing gloves, just flopping order on counter without any communication. Missing food in order...

Was there last week good food nice staff went in for lunch and got my food fast even if they were busy they had everything under control
Staff was pleasant however drive thru was a mess. Staff mixed up the order of the cars in line with the food coming out. Was asked to pull off to the side and waited 15 minutes for a jbc and a plain chicken sandwich. Finally got the food and drove off just to discover they only put one sandwich in the bag. Not sure how you screwup an order that simple after leaving a customer wait for so long. I won't return to this location

Understaffed don’t really look clean in the inside glad I don’t eat Wendy’s they gone down hill from my youth I wouldn’t really blame the people working here they just need help to be honest
I was in the area for a client, and stopped by here for lunch. My mistake. I spent almost my entire lunchbreak in line. Then when I ordered they automatically upcharged me, making my meal a larger size without advance notification. They need to change the price on their board, the Biggie Bag prices are false advertising. Rhe fries were old and brown, cold. The service stunk. Half my order was wrong, and I got no receipt so I couldn't even leave corporate feedback. Maybe that's why I didn't get a receipt? Horrible store, I won't be back here.
