I understand time to time service can be slow for many reasons. A staff equipped to hande clients would be my suggestions. The majority of the staff is nice but there is a handful who need adequate training and attitude adjustments. Due to my experience this evening I am never returning to this location.
If your looking for FAST food go somewhere else! I’ve been in the drive through line for 30 mins, sitting at the order station for over 5 with out then taking my order. I could have gotten a pizza in the amount of time I’ve been waiting for FAST food!!
Got 2 salads last night. Only diff between southwest and chicken Apple ??? Was the dressing. Both were brown iceberg lettuce oth had a teaspoon of feta cheese. Both had cranberries all over. Both had 3 pieces of Apple, a couple bacon crumbles, and one had warm, the other cold, chicken. Okay amount of chicken. I called corporate to complain. Ha ha ha. Mind you, the HALF salad I got at Eastern Ave location was AMAZING. York Road must be running something other than a restaurant....read full review
