I ordered a kid's meal which should have contained apple bites but it was missing from my order. When I inquired about it I was told they had none, so when I asked well how do you plan on compensating for the missed item. Iwas told they had nothing its not like we are McDonald's. They were also playing music loudly that was using profanity and vulgar lyrics for the entire establishment to hear, no regard for the underage customers.

I would caution against placing a mobile order at this location or at any Wendys franchise location unless you are okay with the possibility of not getting what you paid for and not having a straightforward way to remedy the situation. Leaving this review to hopefully get the attention of the franchise owner so I can get a refund request resolved since you can't seem to request a refund through the app and Wendy's customer service cannot process refund requests for franchise locations. I was gonna leave a review from the nasty service I recieved. But from the looks of there reviews this has to be the shittiest Wendy’s in the city by far service is trash.

The service is super slow like super slow, you get home and your order is always wrong in one way or the other asked for regular nuggets and received spicy nuggets, they are charging you for sauce instead of including it with a 10 piece I only visit when I'm desperate which is only like 2 or 3 times a year so check your meal before leaving the window

I ordered through the app, and when I picked up everything was shoved into one bag, including everything from different kids meals. I had to ask for toys because they weren't in the bag. The salad i ordered wasn't there, and when I asked about it they just said they didn't have salads. Even though I ordered one and paid for it. They gave me a sandwich instead but only after I told them I already paid for everything. Absolutely awful

went through the drive thru AND the service was amazing!!! so fast and friendly the person workin Drive thru was AWESOME!!! she genuinly cared!!!! so refreshing!! I updated only because I'm very confused in regards to the service when you go through the drive-thru during the day they can totally ring your Wendy's reward card or skew on your phone so that you can use your free Wendy's rewards or just collect more Wendy's rewards but when you go at night literally a day and a half later after 9:00 p.m. they say they that the skews but it's broke even though I told him that the person the other day did it so it must be fixed but what that means is if you're a person who prefers drive through or goes after 10:00 p.m. and can only do drive-thru because it's closed inside after 10:00 You're never going to get your Wendy's rewards here. So as wonderful as the people are there I've started going to another location because I want to get my rewards. And I can't understand why the day shift can scan my rewards through the drive through but the night shift can't if it's because they don't want to touch people's phones I get that they're dirty it's icky but then say that or maybe put on a glove I don't know I just started going somewhere else
