The 2 stars is for making me wait and not even acknowledging me at all til I say some after some time and then still get ignored. The the lady over at the windows saids to her co worker, you go ahead and handle her because I'm do my own. Yet still to ever say or actually acknowledge me. As well check your stuff to make sure its actually hot because they will give you cold food often.

“This Wendy’s is one of the most poorly run locations I’ve been to. The biggest issue isn’t just wrong orders—it’s that they constantly run out of menu items and drinks. Almost every visit we’re told they don’t have what we ordered and are asked to ‘settle’ for something else instead.
On top of that, when we do get food, the nuggets are usually overcooked and not enjoyable. It feels like management doesn’t keep up with inventory or quality control.
We’ve given this place multiple chances, but the lack of basic stock and consistently poor food has made us stop coming back. Until management improves, I can’t recommend this Wendy’s.”
