As soon as I entered the smell was foul. That should’ve been my cue to leave. All I ordered was fries and they didn’t taste good. They were nearly cold, brown as if the oil needs to be cleaned and changed! I recommend Burger King fries!

Every time you come to this location they lie and say their system is down so they will not have to service you. I had to order on Door dash to get my order at the restaurant. My order was incorrect and the manager refused to make any corrections. This is the most poorly serviced restaurant I've ever been to and management is extremely unprofessional.

I stopped at the Wendy’s on Paterson Street in Baltimore after a long, stressful day. I didn’t have much money and just needed to use the restroom. Ms. Kathy welcomed me in with kindness and respect, and that small act of compassion meant the world to me.
Out of gratitude, I ordered a Frosty—the best I’ve had since I was a little girl. It was cold, creamy, and perfectly sweet, and it truly lifted my spirits.
The restaurant was very clean, the atmosphere was warm, and the manager’s caring attitude made all the difference. I’m usually the one helping others, but on this day, Wendy’s—especially the manager—helped me. For that, I’m truly grateful.

Today went to for lunch. O was so surprised. The staff were not only fast with service, They were very, very pleasant , the drive thru . It was a male team. Moving, wasting no time!!! Those young men bought back the old ways. Kindness & Professionalism!!! I'll go back. The only reason I gave 4 stars for food was because the burger wasn't hot. But other than that, these guys excelled.
