My first visit at Werners Diner / Saturday Morning Cafe was everything, Chef Will and Staff made you feel at home walking in the door. I'll say Awesome & Very Classy, the food was Delicious 😋 I ordered the Waffles,chicken and shrimp.😋Good Vibes only!!!!😍

The only reason why the atmosphere gets a 2 is because it is a historic location. This place is not someplace you want to go for breakfast. The eggs are made with grease that is old and god awful. We did not even finish our plates let alone taking leftovers. It was that bad and they upcharge for everything. The coffee was watered down as well. There are great spots in the city for breakfast. This place isn't that.

I used to come here faithfully before new management; since they were temporarily closed for sometime. I actually enjoy this upgraded menu with the new options they have. However I am sad they dont sell alcohol anymore. I use to look forward to their mimosa tower with all the different flavors they had. I will be back to try some other new items as well. I got my go to the shrimp and grits and omg still the best ive ever had in maryland.

I had a really good experience at this new diner near the Inner Harbor. Very professional. Clean & Welcoming. The food was delicious and freshly made.
I must add my partner forget his phone on the table and when we returned 30 minutes later, staff was holding it for us.
Yes this is now our go to spot whenever we're in town.

Came to visit after finding on tik tok. Online says open at 8 am. I’m here at 9:41 am and it’s closed.
I was looking forward to trying Werner’s Diner and Pub, especially after reading about its long-standing history and classic diner vibes. Unfortunately, they were closed today during posted business hours, with no signage or update online to explain. It was a letdown, especially since I made a special trip. Hope they update their hours or communicate better in the future.

No one greeted us for 20 minutes. They ran out of all food other than breakfast on a Saturday around 2 pm. Waiter didn't tell us until after we ordered. They only were serving margaritas at the bar. We left immediately after. Never again.

The place is a dump! The food and service is horrid!!! It is nothing like the old Werner’s and shouldn’t be able to use the name. Last time I ate there about a month ago we were leaving and I stopped at family at the door from coming in and told them to please go somewhere else because they were about to have a horrible meal.
Their Facebook page should be an indication of customers reception as there has not been one positive comment on their food since the summer of 2024.
