I called in a order and as I walked in to get it the cook was scratching his head under the turbine With his raw hands As I stood there and watched him he grabbed the next sub roll to make the next sandwich I left without my foodRemind me to receive a call 5 minutes later to pick up my food and I told him I was just there the guy who said something to him about the cook scratching his head and not wash his hands

Was out of ingredients and didn't inform till the rest of the order was ready. And substituted with a completely different dish. Took 45 mins to make small pep Pizza and 6 wings.. employees were not helpful or accommodating to making sure the customer is satisfied
