We’ve visited this location before and it has consistently gone down hill. We placed an online order. I arrived about 20 min later to this location. It was packed full of people waiting on their orders. No one was ordering. I proceeded to wait about 30+ minutes for my order. I waited patiently and was just happy to go home and eat with my family. Just to get home and the wings to taste very odd. It’s hard to describe but they’re disgusting. I’ve never had this experience before. The corn was dried all the way out and hard. Both my husband and my stomach is hurting.

My overall rating is based on Jordan. Walked in, we were IMMEDIATELY greeted, thts a plus for me. I looked around it was clean, floors mopped, counters cleaned, yes a plus for me. My daughter knew what she wanted, Jordan assisted me with the flavors for my sandwich and even suggested the cheese! Wait time wasn’t too long. I can appreciate waiting as I know the food is HOT AND FRESH! I watched as this young man assisted multiple customers. He has really good customer service. We got our food, went home and yes it was all good. Shoutout to the cook! I hope the manager appreciates Jordan. We will return when we are in the area. Thanks so much.

I Order My Food At 6:25pm It Took Me A Little Time To Get To The Restaurant Because I Was A Little Ways From There & When I Got There The Food Still Wasn’t Done, & I Got There After 7pm. Plus The Person That Was Taking The Orders Over The Phone & At The Register. At Like She Had A Attitude! Her Customer Service Was Poor. & To Top That Off I Gets To Work To Eat My Lunch & As I’m Eating My Wings, I Have A Piece Of A Staple In The Bottom Of My Wings. I Will Post Picture, The Type Of Wings I Had Was Garlic Parmesan, So Just Imagine If I Had Some Type Of Saucy Wings Or Something Like Buffalo Or Whatever Type Of Wings That Had Sauce On Them, I Wouldn’t Seen the Staple In My Wings & Would’ve Ate It & God Knows What Would’ve Happened ??♀️. Just Crazy Won’t Order From Here Again & I Won’t A Refund As Well, Bet When I Tell Them & Show Them A Picture They Going Give Me A Hard Way To Go Watch. Never Again I’ll Continue To Go To The Wingstop By My House In Parkville. At Lease I Know I Won’t Have Bad Customer Service Or No Staples In My Food That Probably Could’ve Harm Me!

I spent $ 35.00 and more for wings with ABSOLUTELY NO TASTE...21 wings total, Excluding the GREASY fries ... this was my "2nd" time at this location!!!We ordered 3 blue cheese dressing, 2 dipping sauces were filled, the "3rd" cup had 1/2 of the small cup empty. The sauce on the Koren Spicy Wings had NO taste & NO sauce...the lemon-pepper & garlic wings had NO Taste At ALL??????????...
