I have been to so many wing stops but this is by far one of the best i’ve been to. I order from here all the time but I’ve never came in. I never have issues ordering online , they always get my order right. The staff in the store are so polite and kind. I came in tonight and all the young men in there were so polite and friendly.

No option for zero stars. The food is great and they have always gotten our order correct. The issue here is that it is always packed and you often have to wait an hour for your food AFTER the app says it’s ready. I see how hard the staff works. It’s not their fault. Honestly they should update the app to track your order CORRECTLY. That would lower the number of people waiting for long periods of time. Tonight I ended up leaving without my food because it had been closer to 2 hours of waiting in the restaurant after it said my food was ready.

Both orders were short, I ordered 2 6 pieces wings with fries, when I get home my orders only had 4 wings each. Very disappointed, was offered another order but due to the rain I declined, took a refund instead in which I have yet to receive. COUNT YOUR

Took them over 30 minutes to get my order and they don’t even call out your name when it’s ready they just place it on a shelf and you have to walk up and ask if it’s ready, will never go back here.

This location was absolutely amazing!!!! The staff that were working tonight (i went in at about 9:30pm) were absolutely amazing and quick to communicate everything with one another and with me as the customer yeah my order took a few mins longer but WORTH IT!!!!! GUYS I WISH I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN NAMES BUT YALL ARE AMAZING KEEP AT IT!!!!! I hope ya manager reads these reviews fr fr!! I will be back!!!! Yall gonna know me for sure!!!!

It’s just repetitive mistakes that should’ve never happened in the first place.They put one less wing in each of our orders as if we wouldn’t notice. Ordered a 10 piece and a 8 piece, received a 9 piece and a 7 piece. Don’t order from here.
