The service is poor. The staff are very rude. They make errors and instead of fixing the error. The girl rather go back and fourth instead of fix the problem. It’s a bunch of attitude when you walk inside of here from the workers. the straws weren’t stock. It was dirty inside. No one was wearing a hair net or washing their hands after dealing with money. They’ll go straight in the back where the food is and cook. It’s gross. I didn’t even want any food after realizing all of these key points. Although, this restaurant is close to my house I will not ever come to this location ever again. I will go to another location where staff are welcome and it’s clean and food safety is followed. I avoid being sick at places like this full of people who doesn’t have care for the customers.

I do not recommend this restaurant. I ordered my food at 1:25pm and did not receive it until 2:00pm after seeing my food sit for 15 minutes and they tried to give me cold food. This is unacceptable and poor customer service.

The chicken was really crispy and good. The sauces were quite nice. The fries were also extremely crispy and had a nice sweetness to them, which was unexpected but delightful. The service was very good, very lovely people working at this Wingstop. Would definitely come back again. The bathroom was also very nice.

Ordered from here a handful of times. The food is good, but 9 times outta 10, they're gonna mess up your order or forget something. Save yourself the headache and go in, don't order from Uber, DD, etc.

I travel all over the country, i order wingstop religiously and i will tell you, i bit into the first wing and could tell something was way off with them, they are OLD, not delivery taking too long old, more like sitting for hours and reheated old, The only reason this is not a one star is because the fries were alright.

Dear Wingstop Customer Service,

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had at your Rosedale Rockaway Blvd location (#2522) on July 29, 2025. I placed an online order specifically requesting my wings to be crispy with extra seasoning. However, upon receiving my order, I found that the wings were greasy/ soggy and did not meet my expectations.

After several unsuccessful attempts to contact the store to resolve this issue, I decided to visit in person. To my dismay, rather than providing me with fresh wings and discarding the original order, the staff took my soggy/greasy wings to the back, refried them, and added extra seasoning which would now be considered cross contamination due to the wings being ordered over hrs ago as well as a piece of skin & chicken bone, I took out of my mouth & placed bk in the container. I expressed my concern about receiving food that had been sitting out for hours food taken out of my mouth and was then recooked, as I believe this poses serious food safety risks.

Unfortunately, the cashier proceeded to mix the refried wings with other cooked lemon pepper wings and served them to me. This practice raises significant concerns regarding food contamination, and I made it clear that I would be reaching out to the proper authorities regarding this matter.

I hope that Wingstop takes this complaint seriously and addresses the practices at this location to ensure that food safety and customer satisfaction are prioritized. I look forward to your prompt response regarding this troubling.

Let me just say I did tried and it was a complete failed. I ordered 20 for 20 wings with whatever flavor you want. I ask the guy “are the wings big? “ because they normally serve the little wings that’s not worth buying . He told me yes they pretty big waited for my order and I notice as I was holding my bag it was very light . So I went home and let’s just say when I open the bag , the wings were very , very overcooked and dry . The sauce was flavorless and nasty . Even the ranch sauce wasn’t good . I ordered the bbq , regular mild wings and the hot honey . The mild was absolutely disgusting and the honey hot was flavorless and barely any heat and the bbq was kinda decent but the whole wings were not juicy and overcooked to hell . I’m done with this place , I rather get wings from a sub shop than this place . Waste money for nothing .
