Never in my 15 years of customer service have I left someone waiting nearly 45 min and not said something. I walked in and order at 736. I walked out at 811, AFTER, 3 people who walked in and ordered after me had already left with their food. I literally ordered 2 combos which consisted of wings and fries. And ended up with hot soda as they had no ice. You literally have 4 plus friers and just do wings and fries.

The lady who helped me is so nice , i ordered wingstop from doordash and the man who took the order delivered the wrong food , so i went to the wingstop and i told the lady what happened and she cooked my food right away i didnt have to pay again all i had to do was say my name and she pulled up my receipt , So helpful !

Don’t want to give this particular Wing Stop 1 star.Have just been treated appallingly by a lady that works here. We left the store and the lady working came out shouting in the middle of the street telling us to come back, we thought our payment hadn’t gone through so we returned to then be shouted at for not putting our empty boxes in the bin. I’d like to add that there was no sign saying to clean up your own rubbish OR even a trash can out in the shop available for customers to use, the trash can she wanted us to use was BEHIND THE TILL, I am confused as to how we were to know it was there considering it is never appropriate for a customer to be behind the till. I apologised and tidied up the rubbish and she still continued to shout at me and my family in front of other customers and two male staff working in the kitchen. I’d like to reiterate that the trash can was BEHIND the till counter and never in any establishment had I thought it was appropriate for a customer to go behind the till where the employees are for basic hygiene reasons.
She also shouted to us saying “cleaning the tables isn’t my job” but to be honest it didn’t look like she had done any cleaning at all in this store as it was absolutely filthy, can’t even say the food was nice either.
Don’t come here unless you want to be treated with awful attitude, bland food in an unclean environment.

The service sucks you can sit in the line for however long and there still wouldn't be anyone up to take your order, they are severely understaffed and the food may be good but it does not make up for the amount of service you don't get. You'll see a lot of people get their order before you can and they will just give you a sorry excuse of "we didn't call your name yet" and I'd they ask you are you eating to go or in, SAY TO GO, don't say in because they will take their TIME if they weren't before, and to make it even worse their room where they cook is GLASS so you'll see them taking their time and looking at you.

After spending 1 hour trying to order through the website because there were constant issues with the site and errors, I was finally able to place an order. It stated 50 minutes for delivery, and notified me that my order was picked up and was on the way. Ten minutes later I received a notification that my order was cancelled without explanation and to call the store. I tried calling the store and the number was disconnected. Never received my order and didn't receive a refund.
I’ve been waiting 30minutes for my food. It’s only me and 3 other customers. Time always seems to be a problem here I will not be coming back. I’m still currently waiting.

After hearing our daughter speak so highly of the Glen Burnies location food, the rest of our family decided to give this location a try, and boy, were we disappointed.
The wings had no taste to them. The garlic parm was covered in parmesean cheese but had no garlic taste to it. The old bay wings were barely coated. And the mild wings needed extra sauce to make them flavorful. The only wings that were satisfactory were the BBQ. On top of it, the chicken was soft and the fries were not crunchy/tasted plain.
Our family also became sick after eating.
We will not be returning customers to this location.

Location is inconsistent. You don’t know what you going to get order to order. They don’t have to worry about me for a while. I ordered all flats fried hard this past weekend. Wings were fleshy and big… Two weeks prior I ordered the same thing and they were on point. I’m very meticulous about my wings. Extremely disappointed this time around, ended up throwing away damn near all 20 of my wings. The air fryer couldn’t save them.
