The lady who helped me is so nice , i ordered wingstop from doordash and the man who took the order delivered the wrong food , so i went to the wingstop and i told the lady what happened and she cooked my food right away i didnt have to pay again all i had to do was say my name and she pulled up my receipt , So helpful !

Got delivery from here, delivery person was kind. Didn't tamper with the food they did their job perfect.My problem is within this Wingstop itself. Staff is not willing to fix their own mistakes for one, very disrespectful to customers. Called to try and see what could be done about it. Before I could even state my issue, I'm told to "hold on a second" which was fine I could wait, I dont appreciate being then hung up on. Before I can even state my issues.Paid...

Wing stop is not how they use to be the food doesn't taste the same the fries is always cold too much season on the corn.If you trying to call about a missing order good luck getting someone too pick up the phone as they won't pick up?Had to get a refund as they didn't include an item with my order. I think this will be my last time ordering from Wing Stop as people come to work for pay and not customer serviceRick Ross you need too know your stores and locations...
