I went to this restaurant recently and didn’t have the best experience. We ordered a sashimi starter and the salmon was frozen. It felt like I was eating salmon ice cream. Horrible. All the sushi rolls were falling apart. I am a sushi lover and was very disappointed with my experience at this place.

From a takeout perspective, ordered the 20 piece sushi dinner but I think there was a mix up and we got 20 pieces of sashimi instead. Didn't realize until we got home. Sashimi was good but the sushi was a win.When dining, it's a casual small restaurant with a casual ambiance. Appears often busy and well located. The miso and clear soup are fresh and hot. Would recommend the sunset sushi roll. Vegetarian options were less thrilling.

They have a ton of great options, and everything is always fresh and delicious, as well as presented beautifully. They're also very considerate of dietary restrictions if you mention something or have questions.Vegetarian options: Lots of rolls containing no meat or fish.Dietary restrictions: Good explanation of what different dishes can or will contain, and accomodations for sensitive groups (within reason)
