I am writing to express my appreciation for Yaya Bakery, which has been my favorite since childhood. I grew up in the area and have always found everything to be exceptional.
However, I recently had a disappointing experience with your service. A short Spanish girl who works there displayed a complete lack of customer service skills. She rolled her eyes, yelled when speaking, was impatient, and seemed lazy. She lacked every aspect of good customer service.
I hope you will address this matter.

Went to the bakery for a cake and cupcakes for our son’s 1st birthday. Toy Story themed and they knocked it out of the park. The pizzeria and the guy behind the counter made my experience even better. He came in earlier than normal and made sure he had 8 pizzas ready for me to pick up so I could get everything at one stop. Shoutout to him he helped me more than he knows !

The first time I tried their dessert assortment was at a work birthday party… Nutella baklava, fruit tart, a slice of Black Forest Cake. I was stunned.
I’ve visited them quite frequently within the last few months since then.
At first… it’s awkward to stand in the bakery section waiting for one of the young employees to initiate with a greeting, lol I’ve learned customers must walk up with confidence in what they want, intention, and strong eye contact.
Their desserts are fantastic… they make great lil Greek treats. Their iced oat milk latte: delicious.
The restaurant side… I had to walk around to the employee door to prompt the cook that I’d like to order. I walked back inside to order the most glorious breakfast wrap: the western omelette (ham, onion, bell peppers, American cheese). It came with perfectly crispy breakfast potatoes. This is only on Sunday mornings.
My boyfriend enjoyed his gyro sandwich. I admire that they use real lamb meat instead of the precut slices.
He also ate an entire apple pie from Yia Yia’s in a week. It was also delicious!

I love Yia Yia Bakery! I've tried their tres leches cake, which is amazing—no other place comes close. I also had their chocolate cake, and it was delicious as well. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting.
Overall, Yia Yia Bakery is a gem! I can't wait to go back for more treats. Highly recommend it!

The store has no kind of organization. People just come in, they start waiting on who ever regardless who was next . The bake goods are over priced but taste alright .,
This cake was delicious!! We had so many guests along to take some home! Yia Yia's team so so smooth to work with. I sent pictures of what I wanted and they immediately knew what I was looking for! They made recommendations on what would be inside and out was scrumptious 😋 Absolutely worth it!
