Wings were over priced and dry- fries cold and old. Paying 20.00 for a chicken box should at least taste decent. All I got is double yuck

It's a carryout spot. I've been ordering from York for over 15 years now. They're my favorite pizza spot in the city. Theirs is my favorite pizza crust. You can't go wrong with any pizzas they have but my favorite are the NYer pizza for the pepperoni and the Indian Punjabi pizza, which i get with no cheese. Their cheesesteaks are fine but their wings are breaded.

Placed an online delivery order on their website, was charged and sent a order confirmation/receipt, but never received ANY food. Two hours went by and no sign of my order. Called, and was told that the order somehow magically doesn't exist - despite them sending me a reciept and taking the money for it. I explained that I had placed the order online, and not only did I recieve a reciept after being charged, I was also given an order number. They still apparently had no idea about any order. They then told me that they would check again and then call back. They never did. So I called again and was met with a rude man who argued with me about their faulty system. After going back and forth with the establishment, I was refused any assistance nor a refund. I was still charged $24.10 for an order that they never took. Will be looking to do charge back with bank.

Been ordering here for cheap eats for years, but not anymore. The food was never anything special - just cheap - but even that isn't worth it if they're just going to start stealing money from you.

Customer service is TERRIBLE here. Wouldn't deliver to my home but done it in the past , the guy wouldn't give an answer to why, he kept hanging up on me. TOTALLY LOSS MY BUSINESS HERE!!

Went to pick up my food and was met with disrespectful Hispanic woman who slammed the window in my face after she couldn’t understand the English language and couldn’t find my order. Refused to give me a receipt they are very careless when it comes to the black community that are their economic base they treated me an a lot of us in the community like trash will never go back

The food lacked any seasoning and the fries were cold, and the chicken taste old I'm done with ordering from this establishment this is the third time I've order from this place and the food was not good at all.

This restaurant is the worst I tried to order a personal pizza with vegetables and I was told that I have to get pepperoni or cheese for a personal pizza but if I want vegetables I have to order a medium pizza but clearly I want a personal pizza cause I’m feeding my self why force me to buy a medium and waste my money…. I swear this place doesn’t treat vegetarian properly
