Great place with good food and service! Even with full customers on Christmas eve, they've delivered.
We love Bonefish and we love Bang Bang Shrimp so we enjoyed shrimp and a side salad last night at the Bel Air location. Delicious and plentiful! Not crowded so quiet and relaxing. Had a great waiter too - Pete! Nice evening!
Ive attended many of the Bonefish Grill events but this one did not meet the standards. The wine pours were small, the service was slow and all courses were mediocre expensive the dessert.
Service and meal were wonderful. Our only issue was the size of the wine pours were small. To thoroughly enjoy each course a 5oz pour would have been much better.
We dined at the Bel Air location last night & were so disappointed. We used to enjoy a good seafood dinner there so we went for our Anniversary. Music on bar side was so loud it carried to dining side (even waitress said she had trouble hearing her patrons).* A man with wife & toddler child was wearing a ‘wife-beater’ t-shirt & ball cap in the dining room! That was not acceptable attire! Seeing another male wearing a regular t-shirt was bad enough. The restaurant should set some standards of attire! This wasn’t a bar or burger joint! * We both ordered the ‘special’ Oscar Unicorn Fish meal & the fish was fresh-cooked hot & delicious however, the crab meat looked like little pellets of crab (didn’t taste like real crab) & was barely warm, the side of broccoli was also barely warm, the rice was a stiff ball with no flavor & not warm either. Waitress didn’t return for quite a while so we tried to eat slowly until we could get some help. She offered to have our plates reheated (aka microwaved) so we declined. Eventually a manager came over & offered me mashed potatoes to replace the rice. We asked for fresh heated-up sauce to pour over the crab (now cooled down) & fish to heat it all up again. The best part of our meal was the fish & hot bread! 😢. For this we paid $29 each! * Overall we feel the quality ambience they used to offer has declined. Their menu specials cater to the lowered prices of bar drinks & appetizers. Won’t be back.
