“Had to order 3 times. While I'm waiting for my food, the 4 people who ordered after I did, were served and had left the store while I'm standing with my receipt in my hand. I raised my voice to complain and got my order. I went out to the truck to separate my order, and realized that I had gotten a 4pc cheesy tot instead of the 8pc that I ordered. I had just gotten off, after a 10 hour day. I was a little upset.“
“The staff were frustrated and overwhelmed in challenges I could tell but why wouldn't they on a night of a storm and electricity keep flickering or actually going off!! They offered to give us the food at no cost but we just couldn't do that everybody was working as a team refreshing to see and customer service was great“
