“Customer service is well above standard at this location. Friendly & helpful staff. Very Professional. The food is usually made right and presented well not sloppy & unappetizing. Keep up the great mgmnt & work at this Rosedale location!! PLUS theyre open 24/7 for late late night munchies!! 👍🤩🥳“

There’s so many crappy BKs in the area that can also be sketchy unfortunately if you’re a woman, especially alone at night. We felt very safe at this one and the employees hooked us up.“

“I had a Double Whopper meal delivered from Doordash, a mile ½ away. The Whopper had exactly what I wanted on it, and it tasted like it was fresh made, the best Whopper I've had in many years. Unfortunately they forgot the soda. The driver thought it was in the bag, but as soon as he handed it to me, I knew it wasn't there; too light.“
“The place looked good, workers doing their best and doing great, orders coming in as fast as they make them.
Food was great, and the service lovely.

“It's Burger King... every visit at this location is hit or miss, and every visit there is new staff.
My most recent visit, very pleasant, food was fresh, line was short wait was short. This BK usually takes forever, but they are getting better from the looks of it. Hope they keep it up.“

“They gave me the wrong order I had ordered a cheese burger without bacon they gave me a burger with bacon i dont eat bacon, I returned it that's when I was attended to by a cashier by the name Jahlirah very good person I believe she is professional at what she does working there, she solved my problem in a good and polite manner I give her 5 stars for what she is doing burger king needs professional staff like her unlike others I have met thank you Jahlirah keep doing the good job you are doing“
“If you go late at night or whatever time the youngster is in there running the store. Big with dreads. Don’t know if he’s doing it all himself or what but whenever he’s there the food comes out hot and fresh like it was just made which is extremely rare for any fast food restaurant these days at any time of day. He’s also polite and gets the order right each time. If he stays with bk I hope he ends up owing multiple stores or running multiple stores bc he does well. Fast food can actually be pretty tasty for the price when it’s fresh.“
“I want to give a special shout out to DANTE oh my goodness he was so nice polite and my order was too perfection ? were nice and piping hot my Whopper was perfect not sloppy and extra onions just like I requested. I sat in my car and really enjoyed my meal. And I see that they're open 24 hours the drive through. Oh my goodness ? I'm in trouble“
“I usually go through the drive thru when I come to this location, because I'm usually passing by or just grabbing and going. I have been inside several different times and did not have a problem. I came through this weekend around 12 am(Saturday night/Sunday morning), because a Grubhub driver stole my order and I needed to come place another. The manager on duty at the time was very helpful and helped me with placing another order and helped me with identifying the person whom picked up my order as it was a different person then who they made their account with“

I pulled up expecting a regular Whopper experience… but NO. These folks turned the whole block into The GiveFest Festival of Blessings™. Free turkeys, produce, canned goods — I thought I accidentally walked into Oprah’s house.

The staff was out here smiling, helping, and moving like the Avengers of customer service. I saw teamwork so good it made me want to fill out a W-2 and join them. And the manager? MVP. Probably runs the place like a Navy admiral.
Food? On point. Service? Elite. Community involvement? Hall of Fame level.
If Google let me give 10 stars, I would.
If Burger King ever runs for President, I’m voting.

“I visit this place everyday except Sunday. It's seldom crowded and the food is always hot. Plus, it's one of the few places that still gives service with a smile!

“It's Burger King. If you're expecting a bespoke gourmet experience, you will be disappointed. I am rating this for what it is. As Burger Kings go, this is a good one. Staff is always polite and pleasant, even when customers are not (which is often), they are good about coupons. Orders are almost always accurate. They never forget to put the toy in my kid's meal box (which is a capital crime under the child code of conduct). The tables are not sticky (it seems like a low bar, but it really isn't). It is generally clean, including the toilets. Also, they don't seem to be upset if my child puts on an impromptu interpretive dance performance (so long as she's being safe).“
