“Bailey: He provided me the best service I’ve received at a Burger King to date. I messed up and placed my online order drive thru order to the wrong location. This was after working a 14 hour shift going hungry throughout the entirety of the day. I was very much looking forward to my Double Whopper and fry to fill me up after that odyssey of a shift. I placed the order & paid. I was HORRIFIED when I realized I placed the order to your Fallston Location at 10:57 on a Monday (3 mins before they were slated to close.) IT SEEMED AS IF THERE WAS NO HOPE. Bailey said “not on my watch”.. He very kindly asked to see my app, checked the order, prepared it to my liking (customizations and all.. it was even “fresh off the broiler”) He served it to me with a smile. You embody the original “Have it your way” service & brand standard that I grew up on! Thank you for going out of your way to be kind & provide excellent customer service. I can say with 100% confidence that the entire Burgers of Baltimore family is proud of you and the service that you provide. Not to mention haven’t had a double whopper so good since the last one I made for myself! Bailey- YOU RULE“
“Its Burger King things have changed over the years the drinks have become watered down but the burgers are still BK. Not too many people sit down anymore the area too sit there but they have moved too self service kiosks removing the interaction from patron and staff which makes for a cold experience drive thru is there but its slow and far to easy for panicking interaction between the drive thru clock and trying too get the order right or putting the customer there far too long too find it acceptable. So I turn myself into door dash and place the order thru the app then walk in for my order. The experience has become a dice roll too get a meal. The factors involved the time of day or evening hoping you run into the staff that are experienced and hoping they have packed your order correctly which isn't the case 70% of the time. But this go around it was done correctly.“
“This Burger King on S. Fountain Green Road in Bel Air MD is on point. The server at the drive thru was friendly. My order was correct. The fries and burgers I got were hot and fresh. Everything was good. I haven't been to a BK where the food was this good in a very long time. My hubby and I both said this. GOOD JOB!“
