I ordered a honey mustard chicken wrap it was tiny the lettuce was wet and wilted and had a small hard tomato that was the same size of the chicken. My wife had ordered a whopper with cheese if we was still at the restaurant she would had returned it but she threw in the trash instead. The drive thru cashier spoke so light as though she was timid you could barely hear her. I tried them again and look at my burger
Staff seemed to be confused about what was or was not available. Then I was told I could refund but only on the app, which was fine but It was just the whole confused looks on their faces of how to handle it. The person that looked like maybe the supervisor seemed to be the only working and knowledgeable person but even she seemed a little antsy.
