Let's get into it!!!!! Ooooo weeeee!!! Blacksauce Kitchen is the truth. The menu changes daily so let's get into Thursdays (Aug 17th) menu choices. We ordered 1 of everything left on the menu: Oxtail biscuit, doubles, mac, cabbage, cobbler, fritters, sorrel and limeade. I look forward to Saturday mornings for these delicious biscuits! Cool spot, great service, amazing food. Solid vegetarian options that show just as much thoughtfulness and intention as the rest of the menu.

Nom, nom. Their fried chicken with honey is one of the best that I have had. I tried their mushroom étouffée today. They did the thing with that too! I am glad that they offer ordering ahead, makes for a much more efficient experience. And, they are really nice people. Don't you just love that?
